HF could have the best coach in America and they still wouldn't win this game.

LOL!!!!
I would have been six when I had my kid.  :D
Marissa is having an outstanding year.  She's had some HUGE scoring games.  Got any avearges for her?  (Don't know if they'll compare to TEARDROPS daughter  ;D)
If I am thinking of the right girl, I too would have 30pts a game if I was the only one shooting the ball everytime.
 7. The junior from HF last name starts with a G...She's pretty good.  Ashton Wagner jr. from OF is also good.
 8.
:D I seriously laughed really hard when I read that!

 10.
I believe the guard Heard from WOS is a JR..... She is pretty darn good.
She's only a jr?  I thought she was a Sr. She is very good!
 11. Get there early the girls game will be over pretty fast.
 12. :o Wow.  I would think so that's intentional!!!
 13. Depends on how Heard and Winbush play, they are both pretty good, but HJ will kill them on their press.  I say HJ by 10+.
 14. If we play like we did in HJ, I wouldn't bother going.
 15.

Stay physically fit???  Really?  Nothing keeps you more physically fit than running up and down the basketball floor.  The athletes who are not participating in basketball need to be working out not the basketball players.  They should be working out in the gym.
Hey Tripple, If you never stop lifting weights then you will only have to go through the "initial soreness period" once that comes with just starting to work out ( minus the little aches & pains all good or bad athletes go through). I am in touch with a bunch of programs in the area & all of the successful programs go through weight training during the season.
That's correct, but to miss a whole day not going in the gym at all....for weight lifting?  That's not smart to me.
 16. I am all for select teams! Aimee played softball for years  >:(, that's not the problem.  The problem is parents trying to get their kids and others to focus on just one sport and not play anything else in HOPES they get a scholarship.  Some kids don't like sports that they are only average at and instead of getting better and really don't like them when they used to be the best and are only average now, they just quit because that takes no effort. Bleed this is for you - ::) ;D
 17.
One more thing, either a kid loves a sport or they don't. If a kid loves multiple sports then that kid will play multiple sports. No coach or parent can change that. I don't know if I would say kids have gotten lazy, I would say their interest has changed. Are kids lazy? You bet but my parents said I was lazy too. LOL!!!!!I don't believe anyone in Orangefield that has started a select team has told a kid to only play that sport. I also think the parents who started select teams in Orangefield did it because they wanted the program to flourish as a whole. I mean look at softball, sure parents do it because they have a kid playing but all in all they are doing it for the program plain and simple. JMO!!!! ;D ;D These parents are not getting paid that is the difference.
You'd be incorrect.
