I would argue both the right and left focus on social issues because it gets more attention. Don't Say Gay in FL, the recent trans child abuse deal in Texas, Trump banning trans from serving in the military. I'm not disagreeing with you, but it's both ways.

The steady decrease in numbers comes just days after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued new guidance on wearing masks indoors. In December - It was AWFUL. Over 1,000 employees tested positive in a seven day span.
