I agree - That's like me being ok with my employees NOT producing because well they've never done it before....That's the real issue - behaviors need to change and new blood needs to come in with a solid plan to fix it. I'm not saying they need to be National Champs, but they cannot be "ok with being ok" because that's how it's always been...

I would argue both the right and left focus on social issues because it gets more attention. Don't Say Gay in FL, the recent trans child abuse deal in Texas, Trump banning trans from serving in the military. I'm not disagreeing with you, but it's both ways.
