After Green graduated their talent dropped off big time - I think every school goes through that at some point - I'm sure they'll be back sooner or later.

Vidor will be better, but beating WO-S is nothing to brag about unless you did it back in 2006-07 when the Brittanys were there.

I said [b]IF [/b] they are to do so, this would be the year because after this year OF's girls basketball will be losing a lot of talent with its seniors.

Orangefield has a lot returning.  With a new coach, new system, they are going to be pretty good - if they were to go deep in the playoffs this would be the year to do it!

New coach, lost a few to graduation last year, and DISTRICT CHAMPS! Congrats!

When is the last time Bridge City didn't make it to the playoffs in volleyball?

[/quote] That's correct, but I will say the 7 of us seniors did not play football so there was no use in us doing the football workouts and Coach Toon got us to do basketball drills - box jumps, lundges, sprints, run....run....run...run somemore...then he had us do HIS workouts in the weight room on the days the football players weren't in there. 

When I played basketball in 2005, there were 7 of the 10 on varsity that did not play football and we did basketball workouts three days a week during football season and we were the first team in 50 years to go to the playoffs..... Hummm...I wonder why?
