At times swing was a little rusty but put the bat on the ball(4 singles and a 2b).  Had a .307 average for the weekend and .567 on base.  Pitched 2 innings facing 8 batters-1 hit, 1 K, 1 bb, no runs.  Threw better and harder in the second inning he pitched.  Not bad for two practices since basketball.  Something to build on.

Any info?

Nederland gets Dylan Campbell and Jacob Pitts back after the extended basketball season.  Hopefully it will not take them too long to get the rust off and switch gears.

They hit some free throws but if certain players could shoot better than 50% from the charity stripe there is no first OT much less 2 OTs.  Free throw shooting is one weakness they are going to have to improve.  Still a huge win and good momentum going into the playoffs.

IMO....If Nederland loses more than two of the final four games then they don't deserve to go to the playoffs.  I don't think they will but your right they can't look past anyone and have to come to play every game.  Consistency has been ours and every other team but Ozens downfall this year.   

20-4a is down to a five team race:
The remaining schedules are:

I agree with you Soulja.  The problem with every team, including Nederland and Ozen, I have seen is consistency in play.  District may not be decided until the last week if one of the teams doesn't gain that consistency.
