#9 is Nick Narcisse.  He was diagnosed with a rare throat cancer 7 months ago.  He has been going through chemo and radiation treatments which has dropped him from 215lbs to 180.  On August 10 he was diagnosed as cancer free.  The West Brook game was his first game to play this year.  

I left after the 3rd quarter and Strake was winning 35-0.

Thursday - Hull-Daisetta and Lovelady Friday - ? Saturday - Scouting Tyler Lee and Garland at 2 then hustle back to The Woodlands and Round Rock Stony Point.

Compared to what he's used to 147rushing and 1 td. he had 240 or 260 against katy. Our defense beat on him all night. Without a dout he knows who earl hines and titan defense is. he was real frustrated all night. Hines is a monster. A fast one at that. Even though Lasco was out with the flu Wed. and Thur. Not 100% Fri. but even if he was I do not think Memorial would have given up any more than what they did, they played a solid game. This Memorial team is better coached and disciplined than last years team. You should do well in district.

It doesn't matter who plays QB. As long as Xbox is the head man, PAM will continue to lose to lesser talented but more discipline 5A programs. I'll ask the following to prove my point: On those 2 safeties, was PAM in the Shotgun inside their own 10 yardline? If so, this is a perfect example of boneheaded playcalling on PAM's part and I don't care who's calling the plays, Football 101 says you shouldn't be in a spread formation inside your own 10....... 1st safety he was in the gun and QB slipped and fell trying to get out of pressure. Second safety they were in the power I on the 2 and ran the lead to the right.

It was a great game. We managed to hold on to the win at the end. Our guys did not give up after Katy scored with about 7 minutes remaining to take the lead. Lasco, had about 260 yards on 17 carries. I heard that was the second most yards by a running back against Katy. Someone said Eric Dickerson had 306 against them. Good win Katy plays tough at home.

8 teams now 10 next year, Cy Lakes and Cy Ranch will have Varsity football. All of them share Pridgeon and the Berry Center.

Tens of thousands of people die every year from the regular flu. No epidemic or pandemic for that. This seems more like the news channels needed a ratings boost so they play it out a lot worse than what it is. They have vaccines for it just like any other flu strain.

Rhodes stadium is just as good as any other stadium. Same playing surface as Moorehead, Dayton, Crosby, etc. It is a very nice stadium.

If you are coming in the afternoon or early evening, I would just take 105 and hit the 336 North Loop and cross over 45 and come in the back way by taking a left on Longmire. Mid-day traffic is not bad, I-10 to 45N. Wouldn't try it after 4:00pm.

HD55, what are the plans for replacing the lights. Are they just going to wait until after the season? Heard one of the lights fell on the bleachers have they got that repaired.

Lufkin could not do much tonight. Did not look like they were ready to play. Conroe lost their top tailback earlier today and still dominated.

The zone read with two backs they were running in the second half of the Woodlands game was working pretty well. They tried to get to fancy in the first half and threw too much. That running back is good. Need to use him from the beginning.
