I believe Carthage beats WO-S but not by 40, more like 28-14. They're not 3 deep at every position like some folks but the ones they send out can scrap. Remember going a round or two with some Ennis folks on one of the state forums during the 2000 season. Some exchanges got a little frisky. This banter went on all season ending with Ennis victory in the championship. Had to go back to my great great grandmother's crow recipe after that one.
