Falcon 7, Huffman has a long way to go before they even come close to being able to kill Jess Williams in a race. He has already run under 4:40 in the 1600 and Huffman's fastest guy only ran a 5:20 at Anahuac.That quite a bit of time to have to make up there.

Hopefully the rain will wait until the meets over.Looks like the temperature will be nice for running.Way better than last year when it was like 30

i thought that the hecklers were pretty funny. it seems as though they do a great job supporting there team and i hope they continue to do so. i did think that the heckler who threw the plastic basketballs at my car in the parking lot went a little overboard but its not like it did anything.

I heard lots of people on the way out saying they were coming back for thursdays game.Hopefully itll be packed.

Hj should win this one but if bc can get that 3 ball falling again then i believe an upset could happen.

I also have season tickets and the crowd was definitely more than 3600 people.It was the most people I have seen at the montagne in awhile.

Great win for the cards!!!The refs were horrible.Bad calls went both ways though.There were more traveling calls then I have seen called all year combined. And the attendance had to have been wrong.I saw way more than 3600 people there tonight and the montagne was definitely rockin.

joe dooley will probably win the mile and two mile or 800 whichever is his other race. I think he went to state in the mile last year as a soph.

In 21-3a WOS usually has good relay teams/sprinters and jumpers.Silsbee also had some good sprinters and jumpers last year.Bridge City will have several distance runners who should place high in their events.BC,WOS,and OF each have a 400 runner who should be under or come close to going under 50.

bc missed way too many free throws. i wish i knew the exact amount but they had to have missed at least 20.congrats to wos though they made shots down the stretch to regain the lead and put it out of reach.

bc won.cant remember the exact score.it was somewhere around 70 to 50 i think.

I just saw some of the highlights of the game on sportscenter. I cant remember the last time lamar was on there.Maybe the duke game?

Congrats to both teams.BC played tough the entire game.They looked a little tired the second half but fought hard and almost came away with the win.Jasper made their free throws down the stretch and were able to hang on for the win.

I wouldnt worry about doing any sprint/speed during the offseason especially not after a mileage run.This is the time where you put in tons of miles to build up endurance. The only thing close to speed i would do would just be some strides.

liberty had a really good girl run this year.i believe she ran around 12:10 as a freshman and qualified for state.she should be fun to watch the next few years.

How about the kingwood park school? I think they are freshman or freshman and sophmores only but could they maybe make the playoffs?
