i recently moved to liberty to be closer to my job in mont belvieu and have decided to put both of my kids in Hardin. my baby girl is in junior high and my boy is going to 4th grade. hardin seems to be a good fit for us at this time. i met some of the coaches a few weeks ago and i like what i hear about the AD and administration. from everything i am told, they struggle in football a bit.

It's the same thing that happens to East Chambers on a yearly basis. They are typically more athletic than anyone in the region at the 3a level, but when it comes down to it......first/second round they get outplayed, outhustled and out-coached by several in the Region to the north of them....its not a hard concept to understand

Why? That's not softball and never has been softball. The sport revolves around the BEST pitcher on either squad shutting down the other offense. It's been that way since the 1970's when the sport took off. Do you want other players on the football team to play quarterback, or other players on the basketball team to play point guard ? Your post makes absolutely ZERO sense regarding the sport of Softball.

No, there is absolutely zero reason to have a pitch count in softball. There is zero documentation on excessive pitching resulting in arm injuries for the ladies. I have coached softball for 34 years.

when was the last time HJ hired a black football coach? just curious and maybe i am wrong, but didnt duane joubert play college football and was a stud athlete at HJ (qb) back in the early 90's? once again, i know he has done well with basketball but its my understanding that he is football guy
