HJ wins I can't remember the score but I think it was by 19 points.

Congradulations to Nederland and my old classmate Coach English on a great game. Coach E has really turned the program around down there from when he and I went to school there. Good luck to them in district and for the Hawks all I can say is shake it off. You did not go undefeated last season and no one expected you to this season. Hit the court running Monday at practice and put this one behind you. Focus on the future and do not dwell on the past. You will overcome this and move on. You always have before and you will this year. You have one of the best coaching staffs in the area and they will not let this one bring this team down. Tonight I am proud to be a Nederland graduate but most of all I am proud to be a big supporter of the High Flying Hardin Jefferson Hawks of Hardin Jefferson High School!

Lazeek, My friend, you will have to pull for HJ for me tonight, some idiot just called me and wants to pay me big money to go sit in a chair in dayton and do nothing. Could not pass up the opportunity. See you next home game.

Nederland plays Magnolia in Conroe Saturday

Talked to Southerland Friday Night. Jarvis did struggle from the outside and free throw line. But had a good game overall. I laughed when I told Southerland congratulations on the win and he said how do you win a scrimmage. Southerlands son hit 5 from the outside line during that game also. So jarvis good on the inside and southerland from the outside and now we get the rest of the team back from the football team. Which I would like to congratulate on a great season. Size does matter and we were just too small up front. Go Hawks GATA on the court!

Now that this week is over with and no one from either district will see each other, CONGRADULATIONS to both teams in division 2 19-4a and both teams division 1 20-4a. Hey Soulja think you could pull some strings and get a Bulldog and Jaguar doubleheader next week. Nederland is playing at Moorehead in Conroe.

Well no prediction here. I know Coach Martel is going to do whatever is necessary to have them boys ready to play friday night. HJ hang on to the ball and this ends up being a lot closer game than everyone thinks. Turn the ball over like you did in the first meeting with Cleveland and I will see you at the gym with the Hecklers! Good Luck to HJ and Coach Martel friday night. We as fans are proud of you and the way you have played with a lot of heart this year. Now lets get out there and show them that we are a better team than the one they played earlier in the season.

WOS chain gang defense, offence averaging 40-60 points a game in the first half of most of their games this year, Bad news for Coldspring. My advice: Get the basketballs aired up. And I am a WOS hater.But the facts are the facts.

You will never see Grogan run the ball that much because the OC for Nederland is an ex quarterback. You will not see Grogan run the ball as much as you should. I hate to say it, King by 14.
