  1. I am not watching the games to that level of detail, but know their scoring is fairly balanced based on how BH coach has them moving the ball in their half court sets. They getting the best shots out of sets as opposed to running things thru one or two players.
  2. I saw on MaxPreps on Hebron's GBB page, that it said Hebron vs Bmt United today at 8pm. Also saw on Dobie GBB Twitter a comment on "tough loss", but yet could not find a score listed anywhere. Best I could find, if I am wrong it wouldn't be first time, lol.
  3. Tomball 56 Cleveland 21 Barbers Hill 48 Comcordia Lutheran 39
  4. Lumberton vs Barbers Hill @6pm PNG vs Tomball @430pm Jasper vs concordia lutheran @ 3pm Kelly vs Vidor playing now Cleveland vs Orangefield now @ Middle school
  5. Lumberton games are noon vs PNG and 6pm against Barbers Hill. Games going on all day on hour and half spacing (1030/1200/1330 etc)
  6. Looking forward to getting the chance to watch Jasper. Was hoping to see Lumberton have to take their medicine against them, but I don't think the schedule worked out where they will play each other. Would have been good game to face a very experienced team that plays with pace and applies pressure throughout the game
  7. Yes which should shore up and complete what will be the varsity roster, imo.
  8. Yes, they are still very solid, #22, #23, and #3 for Orangefield make all the difference. They run some real nice half court sets. Very well coached, gritty team, lead by the tenacity of those three players from what I saw out there tonight. Reports of their demise were definitely premature, lol. Lumberton still has a lot of stuff to work on, but it was a good team effort by them to survive the foul calls the home team's fans did not agree with (3 Lumberton players fouled out, 0 Orangefield players), lol. If Lumberton can change 15 team fouls into "hard nose defense" then things will only improve for them I believe.
  9. Final Lumberton 68 Orangefield 60 Scrappy scrappy game by both teams.
  10. Varsity 1st Qtr Lumberton 16 Orangefield 16 Orangefield basketball girls all seem to be at this game. Some early foul trouble on Raider guards.
  11. JV GAME Lumberton 61 Orangefield 13 Varsity up Next @ 630ish
  12. Looked to me like a typical early season game where the defensive effort of both teams was ahead of each team's offensive execution. Seemed cold in the gym also, maybe that effected shots falling, lol. Good luck to both of these area favorites this season.
  13. Guard play is big factor in being able to utilize talented big Livingston has (assuming she still playing for them)
  14. Hope to catch the Varsity game of this matchup @ 1pm on our way back from Lumberton vs Porter High School scrimmage @ Porter High High School tomorrow morning.
