Lawd Knightrider you know that makes me a antique as I remember the mid 60's Hstn.area gas wars when regular was sold as low as 13.9 cents a gallon and we filled 1 of those vw hippie vans for under $4 to go see the 13th floor elevators @La Maisson in Houston.Then there was Taylor Hall in Pasadena to see Roy Head,Roy Orbison and others.Then on to The Texas Pelican/Circle Club across the Sabine to see many headliners along w/reg Mr Clean and King Floyd 8)

this was the 2nd yr for Cowboy stadium.I don't know how long the contract is that the UIL/Fox signed up for 8)

From what I saw w/ the runaway EZGo golf cart shown on tape heading into the UIL award ceremony @ midfield it seemed that someone stacked some orange safety cones on top of ea.other and a few tipped over and fell on the accelerator petal causing the un-manned vehicle to take off.It seems there were no real serious injuries as the cart struck them and they fell to the side w/the Dekaney HC stuck 1st and he fell into the center of the cart.Had the cart had a top or a windshield there could have been some folks underneath the cart w/serios injuries.Hope those injured don't have injuries after the adrenaline of the game passes.

In todays cyber world/pay tv alot of folks won't travel but tune in @home to watch w/gas over $3 a gallon.PNG record may never fall as gas will only get higher.In this economy of alot of families are strapped hence the lack of attendence at fb games 8)

I sure would like to see Manvel win it but every possession the Mav's need to get some points on the board.Mav's can't give Aledo a short field to work with.Good luck Manvel I'll be pullin for an upset if you can sustain long time consuming drives for points and keep Aledo off balance on defense while keeping them on the field by using a hurry up offense and keeping JG & co.on the sidelines.Hokahey 8)

Follow the $ trail.The wealthy school district parents send their atheletic kiddos to many camps for instruction 1st hand by successful former players.They get 1 on 1 knowledge before the coaches get their time w/them.
