New turf no slipping excuses on footing.Last time we played @ the mound I recall Dayton slipping down on long runs on the boggy grass field otherwise it would have been alot more pts.It was 46-13 ;D

Matt Oubre's gonna be a beast,not only did he show his football talents recently in Beaumont he's ranked nationally in track/field winning second in the shot put and 3rd in discus@ the HS Nationals.The talent keeps coming thru the ranks.Congrats to Matt ;)

Not 2 counties but growing up and going to HD to watch Gene Walker I remember way back walking blocks to get to the stadium that was already full and 6 rows deep around the track standing room ;)

Hull-Daisetta from 1935-40 the Bobcats were 62 wins-2 losses.Lost to Humble 13-0 in 1939-lost to French 9-6 in 1940.They scored 1,433 pts and gave up 289.That's a avg. 27 points per game while allowing 4 points per game.WOW in freakin leather helmets-talk about head knocking those dude's were tuff.
