Look for this core group of skill players @ DHS that have 2 yrs.playoff exp and the best kicker in the area to score 40+ per gm.Question is will the underclassmen fill the gaps in the line enuff to slow down opponents.Secondary should be 1 of the better ones in years.This team may not be as big but my bet is they'll be quicker/more atheletic.If the dist.sch.is the same as last the Ant Mound gets 1st crack for revenge and a new Sonic special of the week ;) :) ;) 8) ;D

Bet you do and so does a few teams that have paid players kicking(nfl).Juan is the 3rd all-dist Carranco bro @DHS to earn the honor but unlike his 2 older bros he did it as a soph.and should have made it kicking 100% as a fresh w/60-60 pats-9-9 fgs to 43.I don't care how much your bros have taught you but throw a fresh out under the gun and in 4 playoff games and not 1 miss or blk.kick is mind boggling/insane lol ;) ;D ;D

Only 7 more fg's to tie another great area kicker Jabo Leonard-BH w/25 fg's in a 3 yr.span 69-71.Jabo tied for 23rd place all time.The list I'd lke to see is the % made list on both fg's and pat's.Juan would be near the top in % made all time w/2 yrs to play ;) 8) ;)

Proving that the hill is real looked back a little 1999-2006 and playoff runs in 3A districts 22-23-24 3A and 2006 21-4A(10-1) BH was 80- 14 w/5 undefeated regular seasons.Of the 14 losses(9) of them occurred  in 02-03-04 (3) in ea.season.I believe for real they've earned some new turf and upgrades 8) ;)

I figured Carthage would be in the mix once again.Last yrs.team was loaded and 1 of the overall better teams @ Jerry's World championships last year ;)

Nah just kick the top off where the ant eggs/workers p/o'd then spinkle a hand full of dry grits on the mound.They carry the eggs/grits back down deeper inside the mound.The queen discovers they brought a buffet of food & she eats her weight then the workers eat and the ant has enough moisture in them to swell up and pow they explode/die and they're gone in a few days.This was used long ago before pesticides by the oldtimers ;D ;D ;D

I cannot hardly wait to see what 2011 will bring for the Dayton Broncos.Herrera(qb) in his 3rd yr and now a senior w/back to back deep playoff runs and a 3 yr core of wr's to throw to.Added 1 of the best young kickers to ever play in this area and coming in to this his junior year Juan Carranco is already set [email protected] would have thought as a freshmen in clutch games 4 rds.deep in the playoffs would end the 2009 yr.w/a whopping 100% ratio-60 for 60 pat's-9-9 fgs to 43 yds.and avg.40 yds per punt to boot.Add in 60-62 pats(blkd.not missed)& 9-10 fgs(1 blkd.not missed)to 44 yds= 174 total pts.and 2 seasons upcoming.This kid will kick on saturdays in his future and I've seen every kick. 8) ;) ;) ;D

Lookin for 3 offshore fishermen to share exp. 68-80 mi.out of freeport for both sat/sun 6-25 & 6-26.Trip avg.$190 bait/tackle/sandwiches/drinks incl.Gas is the big exp @ today's costs.We will catch some quality fish and we tip a retired fellow @ the dock to properly clean and filet/bag our catch divided equally.PM BH-89-2 or myself if interested.Big catamarran boat w/twin 4 stroke 175 susuki outboards w/20K of electronics.Safety is of the utmost w/this boat that has all coast guard communication electronics/warning locator beacon.Leave port about 5:30 am-ret.to port around 6:00 pm.Spots will go quickly so confirm your spot -weather permitting.

We don't have the big guys in the middle that takes 2 or 3 to block out this year.Therefore I do not see us ranked in the top 50.I believe we'll score alot but so will alot of our opponents.If we play the same pre-season sch.as last year we'll be having some problems going into district.Skill positions are set as is the secondary for a solid team lacking size and exp.on both offense/defensive line.This will have to be the year we can outscore opponents in some closer games than last yr. 8)

Yes they did Mat and my guess is they've overfished the area we went wednesday the past few weeks.A fellow on the boat 6-15 said monday 6-13 was a awesome day in the general area. 8)
