Didn't Lamar football just start back up again only a few years ago?I'm hoping the Cardinals better success cause now they have a kid that can pin opponents in poor field position and make points from 50 yds out ;)As for Marcain the speed/talent is there,just got to clear his big head for a free college education ;)

BTW Carranco is around 5'10 175# and I don't see your point,let the records he made speak for itself.Kids gonna shatter all kick records that Lamar ever had in a short period of time.Best I've ever seen @high school level + I've never seen a college kicker put the kickoff thru the uprights.JC has a few times ;)

Straight up Shaq was impressive as a freshman throwing the rock & I think a yrs growth & he'll compete for the qb spot.Kid has quick arm w/good fundementals + speed.We're gonna score alot.My concerns lay with the D line w/big holes to fill.We'll see what a yrs growth has produced from an awesome freshman class that has it all ;)

A sad situation that was no fault of the students @NF.With as many students as they are they will be divided out probably by alphabet.2 schools cannot handle the burden financially to their budget as more teachers will be needed in the near future.Greedy adults/admin who were guilty of theft of funds should have any degree they hold stripped.

Liberty will hire outside Liberty roots.They passed on former great Lib qb Donald Douglas whom I believe went on to be the OC @5a Bmt Westbrook nuff said ;)

Liberty is only going to upgrade facilities and grow=When the old money that runs it allows.BOT good luck to all the applicants because there is roadblocks to overcome when it comes down to who plays.It was the same way @ Dayton before Jerry Stewart changed the direction & then things were on a positive note.

Navasota was the best overall talented team playing@Arlington in the state title games that I saw.

Great season/great run for the young Newton Eagles.Alot of talent coming back for next years run.Represented Setx very well & it was a pleasure to come out and see this team play.Congrats to Cameron Yoe who made great second quarter & halftime adjustments 8)

We won 9 straight before losing out.I don't care what teams defense is out there=you'll get beat by a good team if your Offense can't give the Defense some time off the field

All I have to say is in comparison Setx will never hold a candle to all the rest when it comes to recruiting atheletes and you can take that to the bank.Highland Park is 1 of the wealthiest school dists but has stroke w/the UIL and always manage to just stay under the 5a cutoff numbers.Metroplex just keeps adding schools/shifting atheletes.Example of another FBISD=fort bend isd coaches have agreed to agree to sign off on athletes=any player living in Fort Bend ISD can play here and transfer there because they are inside the dist composed of like 10 teams.Just doesn't seem fair and is not fair.Follow the money trail is now the norm

Big Ned accomplished alot of goals this year.You represented Setx very well and though GT was the better team today this group of black/gold was special.Congrads on your great victories it was fun watching
