Tigersvoice + a few others recently asked for explanation about what makes a Dayt practice look so great.I tried telling bout all the high 5's.For the excuse makers last night I believe last yrs scrim went bout the same way 8)

All your off season xtra-unsupervised work in the off season along w/the normal Dayt conditioning/weight programs are showing signs of strength/agility/speed of the game.Scrimm foes=Friendswood/Nederland.It's way early and work to do so let's see where you are. Total scores Freshmen 22 allow 5 - Jv 13 allow 4 - Varsity 9 allow 3(all deep ball passes).Total tds=44 opp 12.Proud to be a Bronco fan continue to polish  your skills ;)Never seen Coach Stewart smiling this big,Dayt is in capable hands,mark it ;D

In my BH said version of my math abilities if score was kept 9th grade=Dayt 84-Ned 24 in controlled series + 2 dropped bread basket td passes dropped to boot no Bulldog w/in 20 yds.Ned D wanted no part of trying to take down #20 as he ran them over like a mack truck hitting a mini poodle.Old school FB name Godfrey.Relative Rabbit Godfrey qb on the undefeated 72 team my bro played on and Tojo Godfrey took Dayt/Colbert to Dayt 1st shot at a state title early 60's.

Ant Mound=It's a gas storage salt dome .Remembering back some years when there were 1" pipe flares lit in alot of yards in BH & HD.Very true statement ;)

Uh Dayt played the entire game w/2(mark that)soph rb alternating.Starting QB Chambers did not play a down the 2nd half.1st string rb(ran for 3 tds in last yrs scimm,out for 2 more weeks.Dayt entire team played and Ned did not sub till late 4th qtr.Witnessed by Biaplayer,Brenhamfan,Smokin,yours truly,along w/a schooled host of Cougar red 8)

Light yrs apart between the 2 scrimmaging foes today.But bet they'll fix it soon.Just don't know if next fri is soon enuff for Ned.Dayton is loaded as if the FW scrimm didn't indicate that.Fresh scrimm scored 14 tds w/2 just dropped td passes,not a bulldog within 20 yds-Ned 9th 4 scores **JV Dayt 6 scores-Ned 3.It could be a long season if Ned don't find a run game>We got some things to fix in the young secondary as both Ned td passes were covered by 4 db's.Speed of the game=no contest.Future looks bright for Dayton.Notice:You fans can cancel any 20-4a sweep.I'm changing my next wk pic-em to Crosby and they were @ the scimm in bulk ;) 8)
