Central fans got all the excuses in the world for why they lost bottom line they're not that good of a team and definitely not a team that will contend for a state title IMO. Today's game is a guards game and if you don't have good guard play you will struggle.

Lmaooo no they weren't dominate that team struggled cause that was the first year post perk era so as expected they lost several games that year however they did make it to regionals but were blown out by Houston Jones that team was solid but young as far as varsity experience outside of P-Nut & Rod definitely wasn't one of Ozen's dominant teams IMO.

No I didn't start but did contribute however we NEVER lost to Silsbee matter of fact I don't ever remember having a close game with them. The years Ozen lost to Silsbee they weren't dominant lol

Even if Silsbee had all their players still no excuse for Central to lose to them. I've been saying it since the summer this will be a long year for central athletically. The kind of talent they had the past few years only comes once in a decade in Beaumont and they failed to capitalize on it. Back to the old Central that we all know I like to call them the "lil brothers" lol

Ay hoops when I was in school we played yall every year and we all know how that went so I don't see why Saveat would be scared to play them but silsbee could've easily played in the YMBL if they were that eager to play Ozen.

Central has size decent size...but the reason Ozen match up well with them is because they don't have elite guard play. Central don't have a 6'9 kid that can do it all either lol

This is Ozen's first loss of the season...if you know basketball it's all about match ups some teams don't match up well with others Ozen will struggle with teams with size thats just the way it is.

Bad match up for Ozen....Ozen will struggle with teams with size which V-Prep however them losing to V-Prep has nothing to do with Central. I still like Ozen's chances against Atascosita cause they don't have much size you're not beating Ozen with just guard play IMO. But Vanderbilt is the real deal.

I heard from a very reliable source last night that he won't be able to play varsity this year. And if he don't going to be a long season for the jags IMO
