i think character isn't the issue at ozen we had 8 guys sign scholarship to play at college universities(not including the ones who signed after signing day) so character isnt the problem the only problem at ozen is wins PERIOD we need to win ball games at this point and if your not doing that then you dont need the job i think nelson would be a great hire he will bring the spread offense to ozen and its what the players have been wanting ever since they've played varsity ball and if he comes they'll get it i dont think VY is ready to take over a head coaching position well maybe so just not at ozen he is a really good coach with great connections though

that was not at all the case Oh, that's right. No one is ever better than Ozen when they get beat. Ozen beats themselves. : basically they have been knocked out the playoffs the last five years from beating themselves 04-05 season lost to wheatley while being ranked 9 in the nation, 05-06 lost to brenham(i think it was) on a last minute three point shot, 06-07 lost to SOC in the state championship run, 07-08 lost to yates by 2 while having a 17 point lead in the first half of the game and this years lost to huntsville when you think about yes ozen beat themselves every year not too many teams in the state will just flat out beat ozen because their better than them PERIOD You need to get those lenses on those blue and gold glasses checked out. i'll get you some maroons while im at it

i did say players and coaches but yes part of the loss was Marquis fault

with boutee at the helm ozen would have probably beat that huntsville team by 15+ points ozen made too many errors during that game players and coaches period
