Are you sure you've seen this guy play? : believe me ive seen the kid play come on now i know you have to defend your team but the kid is slow and so is the rest of nederlands team......and i dnt know whats going on with those DB's jasper threw the ball all over them i was at that game also

Didn't WOS beat Nederland's a$$? Other than the blown coverage play what did Asa do? I like the kid and think he's a very good WR, but you are making it seem like he is Randy Moss or something. I think he will have a good game against Ozen, but I think James White will have a better game against Nederland. Ozen 28 Nederland 17 /i was at that game WOS ran cover two the whole game and its no secret that asa is very slow..........i take nothing away from he's a great reciever but no deep threat.....he's a different kid if you get up on him and jam him he does not like to be touched at all.........nederland wont beat ozen for two reasons.........DB's are terrible and very slow and grogan is playing offense

Asa will be covered up. I am going with the cats on this one! If Ozen uses single coverage on Asa, he will have a big game. If they choose to double cover him, then that will free up Ryan Brady who had big games against both Beaumont teams last season. Don't forget about Salenga in the slot either. The problem for Nederland is not the passing game. They will get plenty through the air. The question mark will be the run game and the run defense. Should be an exciting ballgame. theres no need to double cover asa because he's not a reciever who will beat you deep he runs crisp routes and has great hands so i doubt if it will be any double covering him and brady he's good but nothing ozen needs to be worried about........salenga is their fastest player but not even close to faster ozen's defensive speed.......and he's too short to really be a threat in the passing game so i just dont see ozen losing this ball game but you never how things will turn out

To look at what the TCU coaching staff has done on the recruiting front for the '09 class can be described in one word-remarkable. The Frogs have reeled in fourteen players already and added another one of the nation's top prospects recently with the newest commitment of Beaumont Ozen linebacker Justin Isadore. Isadore is another gem for the '09 class The 5-foot-11, 200-pounder is ranked the 52nd overall prospect in the Rivals.com Texas rankings and rated as the 21st best inside linebacker in the country. The hard-hitting prospect recorded 114 tackles as a junior and had offers piling in from programs across the country including Kentucky, Kansas, Arizona State, Auburn, Iowa State, and Syracuse to name a few before picking TCU. Isdaore says a number of factors led him to pulling in favor of the Frogs especially the attention the staff showed to him as a person rather than just another high profile prospect. "The main thing that stuck out from all the other schools is because they really wanted me to play for them. They just didn't want me for all the hype that surrounded my name. Then I feel when I get down there I feel like they're going to take care of me not only as a player but as a person too. It's also close to home, not that I wanted to stay close to home but that's always a plus." Count Isadore as a prospect who looks at what kind of recruiting class a team has coming in to help make his decision. When he took a look at TCU's he knew he would be part of something special which is another reason why he chose the Frogs. "They got a pretty good recruiting class," he said. "Me and Tanner Brock are going to make some history down there. That was with any school I was looking at, I want to know that the class is up to par that I'm going in with." Although he plays in a 4-3 scheme for now, Isadore feels that he can adapt to what the Frogs run defensively. "We actually ran a similar defense my sophomore year, we ran a 5-2. I think I'll fit in pretty good to what they do." On the gridiron Isdaore and his Ozen teammates have struggled to an 0-2 start but lost a close game last time out. Nonetheless, the newest Frog put on a show. "We lost the last game by three," he said. "It was a heartbreaker, we was winning by ten points with like five minutes left in the fourth quarter and they came back and got us. I had eight tackles at halftime, I still got to get with my coach to see how many I had after halftime. I know it was close to twenty." Isadore admits that although he's solid to TCU, he still plans on making all five of his official visits in the future just to make sure he's firm with his decision. "Right now I'm a 100-percent TCU," he said. "I'm going to take all five of my visits just to make sure I wouldn't feel comfortable with another program but you know right now I think TCU is the right program for me." Isadore was hoping one of his visits would be to see the Frogs take on Stanford this week but he has a game scheduled for the same time on Saturday. "I actually wanted to make it down there for the game against Stanford but we got a game on Saturday. I actually was looking forward to seeing that game, I really was." When asked what he thought of his future team's start, Isadore says they're doing exactly what he expected. "I knew they were going to come out pretty good," he said. "Winning is not a problem with them, that's what I knew when I was up there. I know that they're going to win ball games. Last year they were like 8-4 or something like that and they said that was a bad season so I know they're going to win some ball games."

central's defense is not good they just played a very bad offense PAM is nothing without the alexander kid at QB Alexander did play and he got hammered too. I think Memorial's offense will not be as good as last years team since Freddie King is gone, but they will hold their own against some teams this year. BTW, this game was not a fluke for Central's defense. If you was at the LaMarque scrimmage, you would understand what I am saying. the qb alexander is out with an broken thumb or something he hasnt been in action since the spring

I see now that you dont have to know the game to make comments on this forum... It doesnt matter who you have on your defense or how good your defense is, if you give an offense like WB and the #1 RB in the STATE of Texas that many opportunities heck if you have Ray Lewis on defense they will find a way to score. If you were at the game you would have seen that OZEN's offense gave WB the ball 8 times on turnovers and at no level in the history of the game has a team been successful when you give the other teams offense the ball that many times and keep your defense on the field for 85-90% of the time. Ozen will be alright as long as they can move the chains on offense... thank you ozens fastest some people just dont know anything about the game and just come on here and post ridiculous things just from looking at the score the game would have been much closer without those turnovers

you must've not seen the 1st qt. huh?? maybe you just dont understand football we everytime we turned over the ball you guys scored.........you dont call that giving away the game then i dont know what to call it Protecting the football is part of the game. But if they scored everytime Ozen turned it over then im pretty sure they would have scored any time they had the ball.....meaning ozen was just outmatched get over it and move on to next week. you cant put your defense in bad field positions with a team as good as westbrook........even the best defense would get killed like that come on now you guys need to start using your football senses.......
