  2. Heck yea!!! it was that lufkin's defense was bad they just didnt want to tackle CM........friday he'll be on the field with plenty of guys who's ready to knock em out Dude you are talking out the side of your neck. Ozen wish they had the Lufkin size and speed on defense. Here is a portion of the 5Atexasfootball write up on Lufkins defense: A highlight of this Panther team is the defensive line. Lufkin has the country’s top defensive line prospect returning in senior DL Jamarcus McFarland (6’3 280). McFarland’s helped anchor the line since his sophomore season and earned district Defensive MVP honors last fall. Senior Shaquille Teal (5’9 260) also earned all-district honors last year. Senior Germad Reed (6’1 220) rounds out the experience on what will be a formidable line. The secondary is also experienced. Senior Demarquez Freeman (5’10 170), senior Ka’Landus Phillips (5’8 190) and junior Carrington Byndom (6’0 175) earned all-district recognition in 2007. Byndom was one of just three sophomores on varsity. And you say Ozen's defense is better than Lufkin's. from what i seen on this film today yes ozen's defense is way better......and i am talking about the size of CM and ozen's LB's, man! Still think Ozen's defense is better than Lufkin? yes indeed much better........ozen gave away that game even though the score might not say the same........WB will lose early in the playoffs this year their defense is below average and its going to cost them this year
  3. if you noticed every time we turned over the ball yall capitialized .....yes, and that made the difference in the game. CM's a beast i talked to isadore after the game and he told me he was the best back he's ever faced........he said he'd gotten alot bigger from lastyear and a whole lot harder to tackle
  4. if you noticed every time we turned over the ball yall capitialized
  5. i think we played good defensively until it started getting out of hand we had stump going deep in his playbook tonight but all and all WB is a great team CM is a great back and WB was the better team........especially we you get eight turnovers in one night on defense......but i seen much improvement in ozens offense and especially D.........we just have to take care of the ball we will definetly make the playoffs this year

  20. Take one look at Justin Isadore(5-11, 200) highlight film and you can see what all of the fuss is about. His reckless style of defense has endeared him to coaching staffs across the country. Multiple schools have thrown their hat into the mix in hopes of landing a commitment from the coveted defender. With the clock ticking down to the start of his senior year, Isadore has decided to make his decision known sometime next week. Isadore has TCU among his final four TCU is one of four teams that has made the cut and PurpleMenace.Com caught up with Justin to see what it is about the Frogs that has them in such lofty company. "TCU is in my top four" said Isadore. "I really like how they are close to home and I really like the coaching staff. When I came up there for a visit, the thing that stood out to me was the team atmosphere. You could just feel it." With all of the early success that TCU has had in the 2009 recruiting class, linebacker is a position where the Frogs always recruit well. After nailing down a commitment from one of the state's best linebackers in Copperas Cove's Tanner Brock, the Frogs are hoping that Isadore will join him to form a dynamic duo of fast, hard hitting backers that will take Coach Patterson's 4-2-5 defense to another level. With a defense that is consistently ranked in the top 10 in the nation, prospects like Isadore have taken notice. "I would love to play in a defense that was the best in the nation" said Isadore. "Coach Tademy was telling me that TCU is always in the top 10 in the nation and I would love a chance to play for a defense like that." While other schools are in the mix, TCU offers a few things to Isadore that has really caught his attention. Prospects are constantly talking about the desire to play for a coaching staff that they can relate to and Isadore is no different. "I'm looking for a place where I can get early playing time but the most important thing to me is the coaching staff. I want a good coaching staff and that's one of the things I like about TCU, their coaches are really good. They obviously do a good job with their players because their defense is always one of the best in the country." With Kansas, Kentucky and Arizona State joining the Frogs in the final four to land Isadore, the competition to land him is heating up. Isadore wants to make a decision before his senior year starts and Frog fans are hoping for more good news. "I'll make my decision sometime next week" said Isadore. "I want to do it before my first game. TCU is a school that I'm definitely interested in. They have a lot to offer". With such an important decision looming on the horizon, stay tuned to PurpleMenace.Com for the latest news in Justin Isadore's recruitment.
