Athens has a good team. Very athletic, decent shooters and they just got their best player back.....they may give Mexia a good game friday.

LaVega will have to be dealt with. I dont get out much but I dont see anyone except Silsbee and HJ that will compete with them. May be a sleeper out there(Mexia maybe) but strange things can  happen in the playoffs.

Hudson should have won? Dont know much about Athens or Brownsboro. Athens was good last year.

Huntington should play Athens or Brownboro I think. Tuesday at Lon Morris. Bright side of this loss they will avoid LeVega.

Second place would get LeVaga if they got past first game.  Might want rest your starters if they play it off.  Lol

Win or lose, we (Huntington)always have a good following. Lot of older people will drive a long way just to come to the game. Been a lot of ups and downs through the years but if your a fan you hang with them......If a town has a lot of tradition it gets ingrained in the community....playoffs will bring out people that hasn't been to a game all year.....I bet if HF gets in people will come out of the wood work.....they need to treat the WOS  game like a playoff and fill up the gym!

Felt kinda bad for the Kville boys team.......they played hard and hustled their tails off and it looked like a ghost town on the home side.  Why do they not support the bb program?
