Coaches have to be hard at times and sometimes profanity will slip out but it doesn't need to be a life style.....coaches need to have an encouraging side also. It's ok to rim somebody out when they need it but give praise when it is due.......

Just a hint, If you ever get stopped by a peace officer, whatever you do dont tell them you know nash......it would be like throwing a a rock at a hornets nest!............
