Anxious to see how recruiting turns out this year. Lots of teams loosing a lot of players. Lamar I think has most everybody back. Saw them once this year and they looked solid. UNO who won the conference loses four of their five top scorers. Corpus loses three starters but losing Thomas will be a huge hit. HBU loses most of their scoring. Sam loses 5 of their top seven scorers. SFA will have at least three spots open. Return a good group and have help coming at the guard position. I'm thinking Lamar and SFA will be the teams to beat unless somebody lands some really good players.

He has committed to SFA. Seems to be a lot of hype. Looks good on film. Courious to see how he can do at the next level.

Congrats to Silsbee for winning it all. The Silsbee/Argyle was the best game I've seen in a long time. Nail biter that could have went either way. Seemed like every possession was magnified. Was it Harris that hit those four free throws in crunch time? That was huge! Felt sorry again for Grapeland. Another game that shouldn't have went to overtime. Free throws can make or break. Maybe they will get another chance. Lipan was really good but some of that might be because the Two Phillips kids (bigs)left Peaster and came to Lipan. Heard that five players left Peaster to play somewhere else. I thought 4A had the best talent(per size of schools) than other classifications. Enjoyed tweeking the games with About A Week Ago. The knowledge that we shared was very high level. Lol.

I've watched the tourney for years and as a unbiased fan I can't help but feel joy for the winning team and feel badly for the losing. Kids pour their hearts and souls into the season and you either come up short or you win it. But that's the nature of the sport. You strive to be champions.

Madison's half court game is no as good as Brock's so far. Madison will probably turn up the pressure second half.
