TJ, The free T-ball games will be played on Saturday mornings(not sure of exact start times). The only thing you would need is a glove, baseball pants and socks we will provide a T-shirt and hats.

TJ, We do have some girls that play in our league. The registration is the same. Our league is in Groves.

kf'89, we are going to let whole teams come in and play in Bronco (11-12).

Jefferson County Pony (Groves) has adopted the rule, but only the oldest age in the league (ie.."Shetland" only a 6 year old could move up to Pinto ..."Pinto" only 8yr old could move up and so on).

Sign-ups start this Saturday from 10am-2pm at the Ball Park in Groves!

Other players will be chosen through a draft.

LAWDAWG, I am the Coach you are talking about! When we could not figure out what the team was doing rounding the bases while we were lined up to shake your hands, your coach called me out. I admit I should not have responded the way I did. This is about the kids and y'all have one of the best teams I have seen. Congrats to TC A-Team.

How was the meeting and the field?

Groves American has always been open to people who live outside of Groves that do not have a Pony League where they live but not many people know that. They think since it is Groves American that you have to live in Groves. Having two Youth baseball leagues in the same city plus all the Select Teams it is getting harder on League Ball. Yes we did lose some kids to other leagues but we did gain new kids as well our total number of kids is only down by a handful. We know this might make some people unhappy but when they see what we are doing for the kids I think they may change their mind.
