    As we near the end does anyone have the district standings for some of this regions distructs.

    The Beast Baseball organization is excited to announce tryouts for its first softball team. We will practice primarily in Orange at LCM High School Field or Grand Slam Batting Cages. Tryouts July 20th 6:00pm. Any girl born in 2007 or 2008 is welcome. Little Cypress Mauriceville High School field. If it rains we will NOT cancel. We will simply go across Highway 87 to Grand Slam Batting Cages which is located on Dawnwood. We are looking for several players to round out our roster for the Fall. All positions are available but like any young softball team pitchers and catchers are particularly welcome.     We would like to thank all the players, coaches, parents and even the umpires (LOL) for making this tournament a great success. You are obviously a dedicated group who love softball and will go to great lengths to make sure your young ladies get to play. It was our pleasure to host such an enthusiastic group of teams.   8U 1.     LCM will now play at Central tonight starting at 7:00. The JV game for tonight has been cancelled.

    It's gonna be wet in the outfield, but we're gonna make a run at playing today.  Shooting for a one o'clock start.  In process of bucketing outfield at this time.  It will be the most water we ever played with in the outfield.

    There is a slight change to the bracket for today. Hamshire Fannett will play Hudson at 3:30 and Crosby will play Hudson at 6:00.
