Coaches get together with their stats and they talk up their players. Then after the vote a Coach will leak out the list and someone will post it on here for all to see before the Coaches can get out of their vehicles.

I will be pulling for the purple/white team in this series, wait did i actually say that? Seriously anybody playing against friendswood i will be pulling for, us Dogs last year were quote " 3rd class ". That 3rd class team sent them home, do it again Indians. Cherokee all game long, ever out, ever run scored,  if the sun goes behind a cloud play it!  Good Luck.

I've allready heard it in the stands, the big Nederland/Brenham rematch. My schedule has us playing Lumberton friday night, that's the one i'm looking at. I hope nobody gets wrapped up in the "possible" rematch.

Plenty of food for them on levee, fresh water one side salt water the other. Seen many of bobcat, racoons, armadillos, coyotes and hogs on that levee. Also seen one deer swim across the gulley from Pipkins, coyotes were chasing her. Now mountain lion or cougar i have seen and several other people have seen at The Palms Golf Course at Pleasure Island. When the course first open you seen rabbit fur in the ruff all over the place. I know this because thats where my ball usually is.

NCAA.ORG, Checked it out for the rules. July 1st 2010 is first contact date, once a week by the coaches although you may contact them all you want after they call you. If you call a coach and get his answering machine he will not call you back until the next week, but it is good to leave a message showing him you are interested. A contact is considered any person on that staff meaning each coach may not contact you once, only one contact a week from that school. These coaches work their butt off all summer looking for talent and trying to fill in the missing pieces they know are coming up on their rosters. It's a good idea to contact all them back with a yes, no or interested response. It is also a very good idea to contact all them back after you have verbally committed so they can move on. A player may verbally committ at any time, but why, verbally committing at a early age takes you out of the loop of the scouting process. What if the coach leaves, a budget crunch at the School, a NCAA violation, etc.

I remember going to Mel's house to get All-Star Rosters verified by him. Always took his Little League D.A. job very seriously. He donated alot of his time to Little League Baseball, he will be missed.

Maybe MIF can put something up on the signings of Sundevils and maybe Fackler with GTB could post theirs. It would be nice to see where everybody is going.
