  2. Why my post get deleted? Nederland has to have their big 3 scorers going to stand a chance. Forney, Smith, and Cunningham. I don't know if the rest of the team can score enough to keep up. And keep Centrals best player (forgot his name) under 12-15 points and we should be able to win! Huge game for both teams!
  3. By the way. Nicholls will be lucky to win 7 conference games this year. No way they are a darkhorse.
  4. I definitely think we should at least be mentioned as a contender. Preseason ranked 3rd in both polls. But whatever. Its his opinion. Still think we will prove him wrong.
  5. Honestly, I think a major factor is HF doesn't practice basketball year round to my knowledge. Don't they just play in season? Thats a huge disadvantage if that is true. You have to build that comradery in the off season with your teammates and you have to constantly be getting better because everyone else is.
  6. It starts with the elementary school pe coach teaching the basics. None of these kids playing seem to have the fundamentals down. Then there is very little pride in any athletics at hf. I went to a pep rally last year and it was one of the most boring 45 minutes of my life. No school spirit! So if very few care as it strongly appears to be the case then no one will put in the hard work to be good. To be good you have to work hard before during and after practices and games!
  7. Typical Lamar home game. Get a lead. Lose a lead. Barely win in the end. But at this point in the year a win is a win!
  8. Ladies you have to move your feet more! But I'm sure there were plenty of questionable calls. It happens though. You have to overcome!
  9. Thanks for working all that out but Lumberton and vidor have both proven to have the ability to sneak up on you. But I do agree with your predictions.
  10. Ned could still easily finish anywhere from 2nd to 5th and miss the playoffs.
  11. 1 more letter on its way in and everyone will officially be signed!
  12. Waiting on just 1 more letter of intent to come in!!!!
  13. Well Pitt was no match for us earlier this year. Georgetown doesn't match up with us IMO. I think wvu is overrated. But Nova has much better guards than Us and matches our depth. They could beat us. Cuse is very long and athletic. We struggle shooting at times so I think their 2-3 zone will give us trouble. Those 2 teams will give us trouble.
  14. Can't make it tonight. Someone please keep me posted!
  15. His name on the back said Harris. Btw that was a Livingston jacket and Whitaker is from livingston as well.
  16. Dove you're insane! Blow U doesn't have a chance. Balbay and Mason will shut down Willie and they don't have the depth to keep up! Ou gets hooked big time!!!
  17. Texas 72 Ok St. 60 Final Jordan Hamilton was lights out the entire 2nd half. Hope this continues throughout the season. Hook 'em! BTW, big game with #1 Kansas next week!
  18. Hamilton is on fire! Gives Texas an 10 point lead.Has a career high 22 points. Texas  59 Ok. St.  49 7:45 to go
