  1. I agree. This team would be one of the 3 best teams in the conference if healthy. Harrington, Dziedzic, Lott, Hamaker, Steward, Roebuck, Salinas, Johnson, and Bunner are all players who have been hurt this season. Majority out for the year. Hard to recover from that. Especially at a mid-major where you won't gave the quality of depth on the roster like a Big 12 school.
  2. If Ned plays like they did last series they will lose. They must improve.
  3. Lott didn't pitch at all this weekend. Think he could be hurt now.
  4. LU falls again. 4-2. Impressed we only gave up 4 runs...
  5. I haven't seen a team shoot that well in a long time!
  6. One of the main points of Barbers Hill outplaying Ned argument is that they outscored Ned for the whole series. Ned just did what great teams do and found a way to pull it out.
  7. Couldn't agree more about the Cubs! In all seriousness the Cubs sweep. Ned wins in 3. Montgomery wins in 3. Just a hunch.
  8. Trent Fontenot was clutch all year for the Dogs basketball team. Glad its continuing!
  9. Barbers Hill has nothing to hang their head about. They are way better than anyone on this site or in all of Nederland gave them credit for. You could argue they outplayed Nederland all 3 games. Congrats on the great season. Dogs better find some more hitting next week! Keep what you started in the 7th rolling!
  10. Good point. But just for the record that high school facility is better than at least 1/3 of college facilities.
  11. If any coach turns down a player who will play for gin a couple of years and is just trying to get better has lost his mind. I guarantee your son can play. He might not get much court time but he for sure can come play.
  12. Congrats Indians! Just throwing it out there but wouldn't be surprised at all to see Gabby pitch a few tomorrow.
  13. Lamar takes game 1 of the series! 5-3 Timely hitting. And Ford pitched well. Tromblee threw 2 1/3 shutout innings to close it out!
