Lamar had only 2 hits against Akron. But 1 was a big one. And thats all it takes when your pitchers are throwing shut outs.

Morally it may be wrong. But contractually it wasn't. Its bad business for Lamar and makes them look bad but no one is hurt. SD still gets their money.

I know that but Lamar has never been a power hitting team so I don't think it will hurt the Cards as much as others.

No way EC goes to state. Regionals sure. But not state.

1. Why didn't Prudhomme start? 2. HJ weakness is their lack of depth. I wasn't impressed with their bench. 3. HJ starting 5 is as good as any in the state in 3A I would bet. If they can keep shooting like that. 4. PNG is in big trouble if their starting post is out for Tuesday. He had stitches in his head at the game and didn't play. What happened?

I see your point as using this as a motivation factor. But.... Losing SUCKS!!!!!!
