  1. I honestly see Livingston as that 5th place team. Not quite enough to get in the playoffs.
  2. Just not my strategy. Not sure how allowing a wide open uncontested 3 to a player who finished the game 5 of 7 from 3 point land was what you wanted from that sequence. I just feel they got lucky he missed it. Abel was definitely shouting the entire time to rebound any shot. He for sure was right about that it just didn't happen.
  3. 45 to 29 Lamar at half. There has been a delay to restarting the second because a man fell walking to the bathroom next to the court. It appears he will be okay though
  4. I think the only reason Tubbs still has an office in the Montagne Center is to sure up funding for this move. I hope he has done his job!
  5. To answer your question Soulja I would much rather have the other team score with the clock not moving because then I would have time to score. PNG would have had no advantage in OT. The crowd was 50 50. And Ned made a great comeback to get it to OT so they had the momentum. Plus when you have the ball you have more control. By playing sound defense for that minute at least gives you the ball or time to win. You play to win. PNG played not to lose. Also #12 for PNG deserves great respect. He played the game of his life. Very small but a great stroke and used his ball fakes to perfection. Nobody played harder than him. Finally how about that atmosphere? Coach English has a tape he showed us and still shows his players before every Ned PNG from when he was playing. He scored at the buzzer to beat PNG much like Kelvin just did but the game was at the Dog Dome and about 500 more fans stormed the court than last night. Its great motivation and glad to see the rivalry is finally back to where it was 30 years ago. Its been a long time since a basketball game has been that relevant in this rivalry.
  6. Agreed guru. You have to make Ned make a play. At worst you get the ball back down 2. With a minute to score but PNG would have at least had the ball!
  7. Png allowed Ned to hold the ball for the last 1:30 which I don't agree with first of all. That allows Ned to completely control the game. But they worked it around to English for an open 3 who just missed it but Smith got the rebound and scored as time expired.
  8. Tied at 40. 5:37 left. Typical PNG Ned. Very intense and back and forth.
  9. I hate horrible referees. At least they see consistently bad. 17 to 12 PNG with 3:43 left in the half.
  10. I think we have enough posters from those 19-4A schools to incorporate them into the coverage area. I'm not a moderator to be sure though.
