Vidor won district I thought in 06. Englishes last year and went to the playoffs a couple years before.

Lamb I think was a little overrated but he will improve. Not sure how much he will play. Btw still think Miles will start the entire year and James as his backup. But expect to see both of them on the floor at the same time a lot. More transition for Lamar this year definitely. The women will be fine. Trae will be good download and Whittaker plays much bigger than she is. I think she will take the place of Darika just fine.

Dodge didn't have success at unt but don't forget he was considered basically a God at southlake Carroll. Those people haven't forgot that and still have respect for him.

Yes I hear that too but miles not Custer will be the starter. Unless Custer can get back healthy fast he won't start. But Miles could still lose his job once Michael James gets his full grasp of the offense. Also player to keep your eye on is Vicenzo Nelson. He hmis turning some heads! But either way should be much more entertaining than last year since we have enough depth and talent to run the floor.

A lot better than last year schedules! But from talking to players we need bullpen help. Offense should be pretty good though.

They have the talent t be one of the top teams in the SLC. They just have to all buy in and come together. That will be seen after a few games.

Would love to see the fullback get a turn at tailback. Be ran hard at the end of the USA game.

Whitten has no where near the reputation Dodge has. But I will give whitten more than 3/4 of a year before I'm ready to can him.

Injuries killed him and lack of defense. He knew how to put up points though. His first recruiting class wasn't great either.

Agreed. But at Lamar if we don't win and don't get the support we can't survive. (See 1989) we can't be like some of those pro teams like the Pirates or Lions or Grizzlies.

I think we will be a top 4 seed come SLC tournament time. I am more optimistic about this team than any of the past 5 years

Exactly sleepy. And that's why those of us on this board care about where he decides to go. But some don't get that. Anyway I hope Aggies keeps pretending he is Chris Mortensen reporting whether Favre is coming out of retirement. (Granted much much much smaller scale) :D

Someone we have heard of before. Suggestions include, ULL, Louisiana Tech, UNT, UH, TCU, South Alabama, Southern Miss, and SMU. Granted there is no way all these schools would agree to play us but I'm sure we could convince at least one school to come. And that would be way better than a D2 school or Canisus.

I think it will help student attendance. Students are realizing how fun football is and more willing to give basketball a try. I know there are always some sort of give away to try to get students out but it doesn't seem to work if we aren't winning.
