1. Moses is a big hurdle. But I think we can force a couple turnovers. Still not sure it will be enough. 38 to 28 SFA. Hope I'm wrong.
2. Agreed. Basketball will finish 1 or 2 in the slc east. Granted that's not saying too much. But they shouldn't lose too many home games this year at all. Guys like Harper, Brown, and Harris who played huge minutes last year are now fighting to get on the floor for Lamar. What a great time to be a Cardinal! Also Lazeek I think you should convince a student to give you their student ticket and sit there for the game! Its going to be fun. You don't want to miss it!
3. Yes the spread and they have leading passer in FCS in Moses returning. The guy is a beast, Averaged about 330 yards/game last year if I remember right. I could easily 750 yards passing between both teams Saturday...
4.

BigRed360, so you are telling me 2 months ago you saw us being 2 and 1 right now? No way. And great win for the Cards. I was very impressed. JJ Hayes best will be the best receiver in Lamar history when it is all said and done! (Not sure how great of an accomplishment that is however)
ForeverADog, where in my post did I say I KNEW we would be 2 and 1 right now? I stated I thought they would beat Webber and AFTER the McNeese game I thought we would have a CHANCE to win versus SE Louisiana. I will admit after being down by 20 in the 3rd quarter I didn't think we could come back on the road versus the Lions. Please, don't put words in the mouth! As for JJ Hayes, Coach Woodard thinks he can be an All-American and play at the next level. He is bigger than I thought, 6'3, 205. He will probably be the best receiver in the history of Lamar University if he continues to work hard and he stays away from injuries. Now as for bashing the TEAM, no way you have ever read a post from me bashing the Cardinals football team I've waited 21 years for this!
Never in my post did I say you KNEW anything. My posts was made in response to AJ saying no one thought we would be 2-1 at this point before the season started. You responded to him based on what you thought after the season began. I was just correcting you because that wasn't the point of his post. So please don't put words in my mouth!

6. Great comeback! Bevil over 400 yards passing! JJ Hayes with 3 TD catches! great job Cardinals! Lets shock SFA next week!
7. Not sure what they will do here.
8. 4th and 1 LU ball 3.5 seconds left
9. Darby Jackson sack and forced fumble! We should be able to run out the clock.
10. Don't like the 2 QB sets. Let one be the starter. Carson has already gained so much from the past 3 weeks that it will pay dividends for him next year. Go with Dionte if he is healthy. And I love when we run the wildcat. I would like to see that used more with Trevin. Let him throw it in those plays some.
11. Agree with Mack. It will be the same 4 in the playoffs it always seems to be.
12. Im going! About to leave to go tailgate now!
13. The ticket office. They gave them out to Lamar students all day. And a little birdie told me they might be giving another 150 - 200 SRO tickets to students at the gate tomorrow.
14. Ticket office is giving away 500 SRO seats to students starting at 9 am in the morning.
15. Student tickets now sold out too!
16. Great post sleepy! You aren't the only one excited!!!
17. I think streamers would be better for the bridge. No place to plug in lights.
18. No just the first one.
19. Some more info on Webber. Their enrollment is 700. Aka 20 times less than Lamar. We should win easily. They run a Rich Rodriguez style offense. Their quarterback, Torrance Moise, has averaged thrown for 180 yards and rushed for about 100 yards in their 2 wins against other small NAIA schools. So a duel threat qb will give us a different look than McNeese showed.
20. Wow Aggies! Really telling your age there aren't you? ;)
