I wasn't, but I listened to it via internet, and until the 4th Quarter it sounded like it was a winnable game for Silsbee. Games like this will help them prepare for a deep run in the playoffs if they learn from their mistakes.

Sounds like the 6'8" kid for Kimball is a tough matchup for Silsbee?? Would be a tough matchup for just about anyone. Silsbee must be playing aggressive (or refs calling a close game) for two players to have fouled out...

Hey waterboy- Here's a good thread to help catch u up to speed. Start reading on page 6, so maybe you can educate yourself a little better about coaches in SETX. Would love to hear the reasons as why you think your coach should be considered in the conversation instead of spewing a bunch of nonsense about another team and coach.

The 6'4" football kid (Couron) hurt his shoulder, but not serious. Kimler came in and provided valuable minutes. That kid is an athlete, and he's just a Sophomore. He played both safety AND receiver this year on Varsity. They will both be a huge asset to the team as the season progresses.

[/quote] Not yet. Nobody scored a lot (with it being a low scoring game). Weisbrod scored 15-16 w/10-12 boards, but struggled with his shot. I think English had 10, then others scored 4-8 each. The 3 ball would not fall tonight, or it would have been a wider margin of victory struggled at the FT line too. Not a great 2nd half by the Dawgs, but a win is a win!  :)
