I would rather have 7 players who can play compared to 2/3 'standouts'. That way, your opponents can't just focus on them. Plus, if one of your best players has a bad night, the whole team suffers when playing in a big game. Silsbee is like Kountze too, IMO. There are 7/8 kids who all contribute significantly every night. If one has a bad game, no big deal (usually).
