dishon is underrated as a passer..everyone seems to view him as a baseball first guy but when i look back when we grew up and played both little league and pop warner and then into 7th grade and into high school...i remember more spectacular plays from football than from in baseball

so im guessing we wont have it for the jv freshman game. it doesnt look like they make very much progress in a days work but who knows

not true..bc 2nd team scored back to back on lcm 2nd team then lcm 2nd scored on bc 2nd then lcm scored one on our 1st team in. we controlled the live quarter, we missed a kick and had a few penalties that really set us back. lcm didnt cross their own 45 in the quarter. overall it was a pretty decent test for us considering the numbers of a 4a vs 3a school. a lot of our kids have to go 2 ways and hardly any if none had to go two ways for lcm. they have a solid group of kids and should win some games in that district. dishon didnt carry the ball nearly as much as you said...i'd say around 45 or 50 percent..i think our 2nd qb and 1st tb had as many touches as he did.

maybe, but i think missing out on the district title two years in a row the way we did were both pretty dissapointing losses. honorable mention: 38-0 shellacking against Sinton and 1996 i think when we lost to png on the last play of the game to lose the district and miss out on playoffs

bc vs. jasper will be pretty exciting. to make the playoffs in this district bc will have to beat one, maybe two of these teams : wos, jasper, or silsbee. and the same for those teams in any other combination

i think lcm will be solid. good size and speed, should be a pretty solid test for us

why? can you defend that statement with any logic or reason? you know im still searching for that one person who can say "bc wont make the playoffs " or what have you who can actually have a thought out reason.

i dont buy into lumberton..10 seniors in a 4a district wont get it done. we are over here in bc chompin at the bits to get to our game w/ them after all that jive talk. 10 seniors against our 32 wont hold up imo

thats true coop, anahuac is big up front and has great athletes from what i saw. i think they just need to put it together. we outworked them today and had a higher intensity from what i saw. our offense started a little shaky but we settled down. jr cody mills had a long td run. johnny wasnt his tremendous usual self today but he had a few shifty/nice runs and scored once from about the ten, but hey its just the first scrimmage. our defense looked stellar...imo all questions or doubts were erased.

guy named luqui estrada...he went to several camps this summer and beat out some juco kickers in competition. hes had a good leg since last year but aj was just too good

offense..better to make someone look stupid than to hit.

we will be good on deffense, the d-line is the best i've seen it in a few years. and i know the other kids on there will do a solid job

no lie man before practice let out that night coach tarver talked a few minutes on being carefull and safe and healthy during thanksgiving...i know we would have beaten hutto but cuero would have been tough...i think hutto's line size got them through that...

as far as hs...i'd say robert melich's hit on a punt against orangefield in the first buyou bowl. but did anyone see dale armand's hit on a wo-s deffensive back on an interception return last year? i was watching him return it on our sideline..a split second later i saw a blur of armand and the kids helment went atleast 8 feet in the air. i guess he was getting his frustration out on a poor first half

was bc on the news tonight? i saw two channels there but missed the news

bryan bock has to be on there...robert melich and cody sparks were pretty stout deffensive guys

i think the only way you'd have a chance is if you kept telling those jokes and we couldnt get serious for the game due to so much laughing...c'mon footballblue you dont actually think you're gonna beat us in predistrict and smash your way into the playoffs when you're program loses every year...i know you have a new coach that hasnt lost on the sub varsity ranks but there will be a learning curve im sure...

no faith kosmo? i had a offensive coach that knows what hes talking about tell me he expects our offense to be better than last years overall, not particularly in the backfield but the line returns some good guys..our line should be better, now our defense has some holes but we'll get it worked out by week zero
