“Wise” is having a strategy. Have you ever served in the Military? I have. In law enforcement we have a strategy when we breach and when we exit. We still choose wise.

Do we really want to go there? Let us not forget the good old USA where Religious gatherings are no longer safe. You pick you poison but pick it wise. We are fighting a active war here in our own back yard. Racism divides us and our country is split.

Just a couple of months ago we were praising him for bringing Troops home, now this? This could get bloody real fast with our young men and women being sent back into a war all because of politics. There is no coming back from this. I pray that the Lord watches over my child and several of my family members as they are being deployed. This is not a day of joy and chest thumping.

Age would play a large factor and that would concern me. The Good Book says that at age 70, you are on borrowed time. You have lived a good life, I would praise and worship the rest of your my days here on earth. This is just my opinion and I hope I don’t offend anyone but I wish there was a age restriction just like with other Federal Agencies. Fifty seven is the mandatory retirement age.

I can only imagine what the victims and their families are going through. As a law enforcement officer, I can tell you from experience that a chomo cannot not be helped are rehabilitated. Our babies must be protected at all cost. Why does a man sale is soul to gain the world?

So many people are incarcerated today because of this. Why do we (US citizens) turn a blindfold eye when this happens every day in the U.S. court room across America.

The man has not been paid. The restitution will be paid monthly are quarterly depending on how much the criminal has in his inmate trust fund account. He can pay as little as $25.00 a quarter or $25.00 a month depending on how much money he receives in a 6 month time frame while incarcerated. The payments can be deferred up until 60 days after his release. The victim may not even see half of the total in his life time.

I would have continued to work with the Kurds to defeat ISIS. The mission Trump claimed was to bring troops home because ISIS was defeated . We abandon the Kurds and now we protect Syria’s oil from ISIS. I will admit, I am glad the Russian are pissed. Russia Is claiming fowl and calling the U.S thugs. We have struck a nerve with Russia.

Why are we defending oil in Syria?

That’s my point. Trump should listen to advisers. Appointment someone who specializes in foreign affairs. I don’t think sprinkling few troops here and there will defeat ISIS. Trump seems to think so. I really wish he would appoint a General who understands how to best protect America.

Turkey should be sanctioned. Turkey remains defiant.Turkey is a NATO ally who buys weapons from Russia.

You missed the whole point. It has all to do with ISIS. Trump stated ISIS was defeated. We must not relive the mistakes we made in Iraq. We will never forget 9-11. Kurds helped US fight ISIS in Syria. The Kurds held ISIS in detention centers. So to your point as long as it takes.

I have stated well before this thread that President Trump has done well for the economy but his foreign policies are wrong when he goes with his gut feeling. I thought he should have never abandoned the kurds, never allowed Turkey who is suppose to be a U.S. ally invade Syria. He claimed ISIS was defeated. His tweets have been conflicted.

Mr. LumbertonFan, I don't hate Trump. I along with other Republicans in the House and Senate strongly disagree with his foreign policies. Explain why he is leaving American Soldiers in Syria to protect oil? Why are additional soldiers being sent to Saudi Arabia over other folks problems ? Russia wasn't interested in Turkey. The big picture was Syria. Russia was only selling arms to Turkey but now they are an ally. Mitch McConnell finally realized what was happening. ISIS has not been defeated. We are no longer welcomed in Iraq but our soldiers have been relocated there. How can you be pleased with losing lives of our finest when all lives matter. ISIS , Russia, Syria North Korea, China and Iran are our problem. We are not the superpower. We are among the elite but we are no longer the one superpower.
