Congrats to all the winners of District 24-2a next year, let's just let the teams play the games and then see who comes out on top. This is a very tough, competitive District where on any given Friday Night any team is subject to being beaten.

If this was the case you would have been 2a at the realignment before this last one.

Children should not be playing on the computer.

Hurricane Rita set construction back as did the wet winter last year, instead of complaining, be glad that a 2a school has the money to upgrade their facilities like Deweyville is in the process of doing. Patience is needed.

Deweyville - 7 Kountze - 5

I played for Coach Young from 1980-1982, what I learned from him still applies to my life today, as well as my children's. Hard work, and dedication in whatever you do will make you a better person. I gladly join this petiton, it's a way to honor a man who has touched so many lives in a positive manner.

Buna - 10 Warren - 7

WB - 11 Sterling - 7

IMO J. Williams and S. Gibson two different style runners, J. Williams more of a power runner where as S. Gibson is more of a slashing type runner, however, both young men are very talented.

Offense - EC Defense - Deweyville

EC vs. Deweyville classic offensive shootout last year, should be another good one again.

Dishon IMO is the best all around athlete in the area.

Newton is always going to be competitive, and Corrigan is a top notch program with alot of talent, that District should be very good this year.
