[/quote] And you think Deweyville players were the only one's talking during the game. ::) That allegation was investigated by the school board and found to be untrue, Coach Parker for Groveton was contacted and knew nothing about that allegation, the Dville player was ejected for removing his helmut on the field after being jumped on by 3 Groveton players.  So before making accusations be sure to collect all the facts Injun, Groveton was beat last week as Dville was this week.  Tonights game was embarrassing and unacceptable NW won the game.  The Pirates have their backs against the wall but they are still in the hunt for a playoff spot.

Pirates played uninspired football in the first half and if they dont play 100 percent better in the second half this game will get ugly.

NW scores again, at the half. NW - 21 Dville - 0

NW scores but misses extra pt, with 4 mins left in 2nd qtr NW - 13 Dville - 0

After exchange of punts NW scores first to take a 7 to 0 lead with 1:33 left in first

Deweyville travels to NW to face the Bulldogs in District play, both teams coming off big victorys last week. Pirates - 26 Bulldogs - 13

SA is playing extremely well right now so they have a leg up on everyone, still alot of games left, but right now SA in the drivers seat.

SA remain undefeated in District.
