I know they will respond. We as fans have to remember that this is only the third game that they have played together. As the year goes on some of those unforced turnovers will go away merely from being used to playing together.

11/20 fits definitely worst game so far this season. And we needed some of those points from those missed dunks. I think we were too hyped up. Too excited for our first big game close to home.

Devon doesn't need to score all the time., He may need to take over at times but needs to keep everyone involved. Keep the defense spread out worrying about everyone and it's easier to get to the basket.

Yes we had some uncharacteristic mistakes mixed in there as well. Was happy to see the second group get rolling late in the first half.

Who were the players Central,was missing and why were they missing.? And where was the transfer from Cleveland?

We have been attempting them this year. In the Westbury Game we also had at least a couple misses. It's not that these guys can't get up and do it easily but in the tight games the points can be much more valuable.

I meant to ask is Dill #5 and who is 21.

As far as the refs there was a lot of confusion. After the missed ft at the end of the game Central rebounded and everyone was hollering that the clock never started as he went down court. One ref blew the whistle to stop play and set the clock. While he was at the scorers table the other refs had the players at the line saying 2 fts. And in the end it I thought they added more time to the clock instead of taking any off.

I won't necessarily say this was closer than expected. It was closer than it could or should have been. Those blown dunks cost us a margin that wouldnt have come down to the last possession. And a couple mistakes late that are pretty uncharacteristic of the player gave the jags a couple extra chances. Hats off to Central for a good game and to my Tigers for holding on. I also feel that tonight may have been our worse game so far this year from the ft line.

Blaming the missed layups and dunks on missing 8-10 pts. The refs am not going to say much on the calls but some of these conferences and unsure calls. And a couple times giving forever for a team to get ready to throw the ball in, well that's not very good.

I was going to say a couple. And another that I thought was going to be a two handed layup that got pinned. Must have missed the other 2 on my daughters 2 bathroom breaks. Either way in a game like this you have to have those points.

The Tigers built a nice lead and then got bullied on the boards with the second unit in and it has been back and forth ever since.

Definitely I had people talking about the turnout in SA and was quite pleased in Houston Saturday, I hope that trend continues. As it should this year with a very limited local schedule.

True but they have deserved more support than they have received through the years. It's a shame when a little dribblers tournament game can have more fans in the stands than a high school team ranked #1 in the state. I have been to some games within 30-40 minutes of silsbee and seen less than I would say 30-40 Tiger fans.

Hmmmm some of us have been there for a while....but seems like hardly any fans show up until a big game or the playoffs.

Heck I am just hoping none of us Tigers get hantavirus in that gym!!

The new rankings came out today didn t they? Even at that not sure they would change as far as the top 2. A loss to Lancaster is not that surprising.

I agree stated that in a previous post. And no matter what he is a representative of the school. Similar to the Penn State problems except not near as severe. Coaches acting on campus as individuals but as part of the school.

How does an act reflect on an organization when it is an act of an individual,, ,,,simple they are a representative of an organization!

Let's put the big what if out there. What if your child had been filmed undressed by the camera and someone else got ahold of the pic and it was plaved online. Would that change your mind in what the coach was doing? Now I grant you I would want the thief caught but not sure in this way.
