Ahhh so that one got a little weaker...

When realignment was announced and Silsbee and HJ were separated, there was discussion on which district would have better games for these two. I know some thought HJ would have a better competition but after last nights playoff results where our #4 seed played their #1 seed to a 13 pt game and our 3 played their 2 to a 3 pt game. I am not so sure that's the case. I think our current district had a pretty good showing.

They had to let the setx team that beat the other have prime time though!!

A central double header with my Tigers this is going to be fun!!

We are 1-4 when we have scored in the 60's with 1 of the losses to 4A Liberty Hill, the rest against teams in higher classifications and we won our only game where we scored in the 50s against 4A Argyle. So we are 1-1 in those games against those in our class.

Yes I have seen that and don't think they are a big worry but I expect them to be athletic. And I don't know if they have much size this year or not.

That may be the case but don't forget Sterling.

We do need that outside shooting, however there are times when I would like to see more going to the basket. Draw some of those fouls but recognize when those fouls aren't getting called. We are doing great and in games like last night it's just hard to say what we will do or need to be better against those better teams. In Games like last night focus is lost way too early.

A great outcome for the Tigers last night, yet I just didn't feel I like it was one of our best games that I have seen. Maybe just because of a week off and maybe just because it was a pretty sloppy game overall.

Jordan definitely had a rough night,. Keep playing its just a bad game. Your first playoff game, there will be many more.

With this teams performances most criticisms are nitpicking. I hope they perform up to their capabilities from here on out. Come prepared every game and go all out. That's all we can ask. My concern is just that they haven't been really tested in quite a while, just have to see the response when that happens.
