1. What is the start time tonight and how many games are going to be played?
 2. I know it was the first game of the year but Yates didn't look near as invincible as some believe.
 3. Yates leads 27-19 after 1 was tied at 19 with about a minute left in quarter.
 4. Yates starting line up 6'1 6'6 6'7  6'6 6'6 Westbury tallest  6'0 6'2 5'10 5'11 5'10 Yates only has one more player on bench of much size more smaller players this year
 5. North Shore defeats Dekaney 67-53 Yates comes out with 16 players and I thought I saw what could be one more on crutches
 6. Running a little behind  Westfield takes this one 58-44
 7. Will post scores as long as phones live ... Kingwood trails Nimitz at half 31-26.
 8.
I just want to see how my boys at WBC handle Yates tonight.
I want to see anyone handle Yates!
 9. Win out lose this Tiger team can't be viewed ' based on the past'.

I would give you what you are saying But. You could not beat Coldspring . You barely got into the playoffs. Silsbee beat LCM which LCM beat Coldspring. Then to make it Better Silsbee beat Livingston And they beat LCM. This is not the Silsbee team you are used to seeing By far . And definantly Way better than last years Silsbee.  Sorry but with all due respect Huffman is way out classed this year and next year.
Barley got into the playoffs? We were 2nd just like we were last were the last two years when we beat Silsbee. Also Huffman did "strum" most of their district they lost to coldsprig who will make another  playoff run, and we lost to Shepherd when the starting QB got hurt in the 1st and we had to put the 3rd string QB ( the back up was hurt in a previous game) in and Huffman still scored 36 and almost won the game. Huffman has a QB that has thrown 39 TDs, they have a 6'5 wr with 14 td catches, they have a running back that LSU has ranked in the top 10 for 2014. Like I said Huffman will put points on the board. Silsbee may win they game but they won't "outclass" anyone this year or next.
Is this QB with 36 TD passes the backup,  I thought the starter was lost for the year?
No backup. Townley the starter is back playing. He did not suffer a broken ankle like some of the Huffman posters had stated a couple of weeks ago.
Good, that won't be an excuse!
 11.
Silsbee`s  QB  looked like a "REINCARNATION" of the "GREAT  J. J.".  He shredded the WOS defense and was unstoppable until the famous "HALF-TIME ADJUSTMENT".  I would like to apologize to Aggy for my "TASTELESS" joke about  "THE GREAN SHAG CARPET".
As far as the qb position,  I may have to say that Patrick may be a little better in my opinion than JJ.  JJ  had the speed advantage but i think Patrick is a better passer.

 13. Very classy statement skipper.  Than k you from a Tiger fan and let it be known that your statement can be turned around and said about your Mustangs.  Good luck on your journey through the playoffs.
 14. Great ballgame. It lived up to it's buildup as did the WOS defense. I think the Tigers did their part as well.  Like if stated in the paper the big play was stopping the Tigers on fourth down and two in the second half.  With WOS running the ball well on the second half scoring and taking time off the clock on threw following possesion really put the Tigers in a tough position. Making us go to the pass primarily fell right into threw Mustangs hands.  They were able top get more pressure in Reed and create some havoc. Thankfully both teams came out of the game healthy and may they both have long playoff runs.
Well, since I come from an era where only the district champ made the playoffs, I consider it very important to a football program. Winning a championship is a good thing, something to be proud of and strive towards. Is it the end all be all? No. But it's nothing to just completely discard. Winning a state championship is the ultimate goal, but a district title should be a goal as well.
And I am sure the players in this game feel the district title us important.  But from many many of the statements here from fans, this game has little meaning. Out probably has more meaning to we Tiger fans as well much like a district title in basketball would mean more to WOS fans than to ours.  The district title is nice fobragging  rights for fans but in football WOS fans expect a deep trip in the playoffs and want it all like we do on the court.

 18.
That's weird, I didn't know silsbee started their backups since they usually are scored on early rather than late!!! Good excuse though!
qwerty Both OF and Buna scored their tds very late in the game against Tiger subs.
