1. Actually it was the second game of the season, you had WOS winning but with ?? At this point,  WOS winning shouldn't be too questionable.  WOS has to be the favorite over my Tigers, and if that is the case shouldn't be much of a question on if they will beat Cleveland or not.
 2. That Cleveland team you are talking about was beaten by Silsbee 42-14....
 3. You could be right but the question is "will Kirbyville even make it to the first round"? And the follow up would be "If they do make it, will their opponent bust the scoreboard on them?"
 4.
I simply see 21-3A going 2-1 in those first round games. DI    Silsbee defeats Huffman DII  WOS defeats Cleveland DII  Coldspring defeats Bridge City
I think thats a good assesment. Out of those the closest has to be the Tigers-Falcons.
 5. There has already been some talk of playoff matchups between these  two districts.  I wanted to as the question "Which district has the upper hand this year?"Its going to be hard to say this year because most of the schedules have had a lot of weaker teams or teams having down years this year. The playoff favorites in each district seem to be WOS, Silsbee, and BC in 21-3A and Coldspring, Huffman and Cleveland or maybe Liberty in 22-3A.  So far the toughest schedule has been WOS, then Silsbee .  BC's tougher games have been 5A Vidor and Kelly.  Coldspring no doubt has a good team but their schedule has been weak,  not sure how good Madisonville or Crockett are this year. Huffman has played a good Kingwood Park team and Kashmere(not sure about them) the rest of their schedule has been pretty weak. Cleveland has played some competive games but were beat by the Tigers 42-14 so I am not sure what to expect from them. Liberty's schedule before Huffman,  had Kelly as their strongest opponent.  So far the records of the top 3 teams favor 22-3A but that is due to WOS losing some tough games to tough opponents. With all of this considered, the first round matchups this year should be quite interesting.
 6.

my opinion, silsbee should have maybe 2 losses but def 1. Newton should have beat them. its ashame that as bad as newton played we still almost won. because of a bad snap. silsbee is not as good as everyone thinks. they are all soft. i say jasper should have won also. silsbee has been gettin lucky, i see them gettin second in district and goin 1 round deep. Everyone knows they really lost to newton 2 weeks ago. and i think silsbee knows it also. ;)
I totally agree...heck they are mediocre team at best. I watched them play Newton a couple weeks ago.
I am still not sure how good this tiger team will be.  Plenty of weapons,  but a sophomore QB who has some growing to do as well as a sophomore RB.  But no mediocre team is going to go through 5 games, with a larger school and two teams like Newton and Jasper on the schedule, without suffering a loss.  These two sophomores are going to be great for the Tigers the next few years. For those who haven't seen Spearman yet,  he has the build of a true RB and is a tough runner,  he is a huge asset for the Tigers.  As far as this team we have several players with the speed to score any time they get into a little bit of open space.
Yes they did lose a QB and receivers. They lost 5 defensively and several offensive lineman. Somehow this season, they continue to score points. The Silsbee/Huffman matchup will be discussed heavily at a later date. Hopefully we just make the playoffs! ;D ;D ;D ;D
Yes both teams have some  work to do before worrying about the other, but  they should meet.

 9. It will be another Tiger-Falcon matchup in the first round, after Coldspring there is no other competition in that district unless its Cleveland and not too sure about them.
 10.
Thanks.  Jordan has been working literally around the clock on this and has hopefully worked out a bug that appeared today with some of the command buttons.
Looks great! Now I know why earlier I was having a little trouble, I thought it was my phone.

Great news, the only problem after watching last friday will be deciding when to use him and when  to use Spearman in the wildcat.
Both.
I didnt say which one to use, i said when to use each one. :) I didn't say which one to use, I said when to use each one.
 12. Great news, the only problem after watching last friday will be deciding when to use him and when  to use Spearman in the wildcat.
 13. I like that last part but you said this schedule was just as weak as last year, and this years team will be better,  so nothing less than a perfect season will be acceptable ;) ;)
 14. That weak schedule goes all the way through district leading to an undefeated season for the Hawks this year. Anything less would be a travesty!
 15. Good games for all these young men. It will be great to see Spearman and Reed in  the backfield the next few years. Good games for Gaines, Holmes and Drake as well. Jordan just needs to make sure he holds onto the ball at the end of the reception.  Good job by the defense as well.  We have to fix the kick coverage a little though.
 16.
Gaines carries for 8 yards. 3rd and 2 at Jasper 44, 1:07 left. Jasper down to final timeout.
That was a big run more like 13 yards we had lost about 5 yards on previous play on a mishandled snap in the wildcat.  At the end of the run Kelton refused to go down carrying 4 or 5 Jasper defenders about 5 yards.
 17. The Tiger defense really stepped up in the second half.  The first half it was pushed around some but not near as much in the second half.  Jasper 4-19 passing  I didn't remember many completions,  the QB had a Tiger in his face on mos attempts.  Spearman had a great game.  Reed looked better throwing the ball as well.Great driuve to tie the game at the end of the first half.  10 of Jaspers points were the result of two big kickoff returns,  other than that the Tigers limited Jasper to one TD.  Good defensive performance.
 18.
Spearman:  20 carries, 132 yards 2 TD's
I am surprised thats all.
 19. Spearman is already good. In a couple of years he is going to be a beast!
 20. Now this year it will be all Hawks.  We dont have much of a chance with our little team.
