Does Lumberton broadcast home games?
-
I have to give it to BC. They had 9 in uniform only played 8 had 1 hurt in the first half and another in the middle of the third, so they finished the game with only six players. Good effort. They have a couple that need need to watch their attitudes though or they could have been in an even bigger bind. The Tigers gave a clear blueprint on how they can be beat tonight. Just spread the floor make a couple passes and drive in for the layup. Have to improve on stopping the drive. Didn’t have a very good night shooting the ball either.

A great example of that youth to start the second half as BC comes out with a basketball trick play for an easy bucket.

Like was said Bridge City is pretty good and the Tigers are young. Yes the Tigers are playing sloppy on offense and over playing on the defensive end a little too much. Leaving the lane wide open. Giving up too many uncontested layups.

I have been told that the game in Deridder this wednesday may have been cancelled

Shouldn’t the jv have all those star players that have to sit out this year before being eligible for varsity next year??? -
I was going to say, havent seen Partain with the team this year.
-
Tigers struggling with the pressure defense, making some bad passes when trapped. When Jones comes out BU definitely has a good advantage size wise. Well have to see how this one ends up but yes a better showing so far.

I definitely agree that scoring alone doesnt make you one of the best. And as far as a best ever in the state list, he k i wouldnt even touch it. However, lets ask this question, if you kept everything else the same and added about 8 inches to Braelons height, would their even be much of a discussion to who was the best in the area? Then where would he stand in that Class of 19 statewide. What that young man did on the court stands out, and it is even more of a standout Eing one of the smaller guys on the court. I habe said it before and i will say it again in a school yard pick he would be my first pick based on his heart and desire virtually everytime. -

Definitely young and will get a lot better! I mean 8 out of 15 players on the roster were listed as sophomores and freshmen. And may only have 3 or 4 of those upperclassmen making big contributions. -

Would like to know if this one was that case or just a mismatch. Wasn’t there. Not really surprised by a lopsided score. What I saw Saturday in Barbers Hill was. a Tiger team that needed a leader on the floor and better passing. Had the two I suspect will be the top two ball handlers sitting out with injuries. -

Dang 39 in the first...... -
This is still without Jarrick Harper who put in some good time last year and fr Dre’lon Miller. Tigers started 1 fr, 3 so and a sr. I can see a starting lineup of 2 fr, 2 so and a sr before its all said and done. Definitely a little different feel than the last several years but definitely like the looks for the future.

That comes from the roster on the scorers table but not sure I always trust the heights either.
