Just looked up Rudder's line-up. [Hidden Content]; They 0nly list one player above 6'1.  A 6'3 forward.  Why would they have wanted to face the Tigers?

not sure we were right next to DC's mom with believe it or not about 4 empty seats in front of us.  Mid court about 3 or 4 rows up.

HJ beat us the threes killed us and the stretch in the fourth.  Could it have been different if the calls had been different...sure.  Would it have been... we will never know.  The Hawks seemed to want it a little more tuesday night..maybe the Tigers were flat when nothing else was at stake..  Either way we were outplayed.  We weren't at our best and the Hawks were.

Yes but that leaves us living in the present not the past. :D :D

Lazeek, did I miss something? I haven't seen anyone say the refs cost Silsbee the game. I have only seen people say they were not good either way.

And in the 5 years the Tigers have been back in AAA they have been to the regional tournament 4 times ,  3 regional championship games ,  1 regional championship and the one time they lost before regionals was a regional quarterfinals loss to WOS who won the region that year.  An impressive record for our district.  I wonder how many other disticts in the state has a record like that in the last 5 years where it has been more than one team from that district.

He was one of my favorite if not the favorite Tiger last year for those reasons.  Thanks for the info.

Which stinks for those of us who have to work and can't go or listen!:(  I hope someone posts so good and often updates. 

From what I have heard they have no warm up so it will be next week.

It had been a while since the tigers had lost this may help keep them focused.

Does anyone know of any Houston area warmup or seeding games friday night that may be of interest?

I would hope they play better. Not sure as a Tiger fan that, provided we beat Rudder,  which team I would like to see WOS or Coldspring.  A local matchup would be nice but I might like to see new competition as well.  If I am at the game(and I may be), I would have to cheer for our district rivals.

I was hoping for another HJ/WOS doubleheader like last year.

it was a great atmosphere last night ... the noise,  the intensity and the chants going back and forth.  More tiger fans than the rest of the games combined too(minus first HJ game). Especially true for out of town games.
