I would like to think our defense will hold it’s in next week and it probably will except that they will wear out after being on the field the whole time. As the offense just doesn’t have the ability to keep them off the field.

Not doubting the fact he can coach at all. I like him just don’t quite like the “rebuilding the program” statement based on what I said.

I have been watching this subject since last year....and i in no way am belittling or knocking what type of coach he is however i do have issues with saying that the coaching “ turned the program around.” Maybe it will but although they had a great year and should have this year as well, But having a good number of skilled players move in has had as much if not more to do with their success.

I said at times and what i was really getting at was mainly the qb sneaks where they just pushed their way for several yards. They were definitely pushing ourline around on those.

If they dont figure things out the wont even make it to the shed. Very disappointing performance on the offensives side. Defense had a pretty good game but did get pushed around a little in that second half.

Definitely lackluster performance by the Tigers so far.

Great to see someone beat Yates at their own game. They must have an alumni willing to pay those parents more than the Yates alumni does.

Once again like the last year or two, there is the big calls for a qb change. The thing is you have a qb that has been to 2 straight state semi finals. He has proven himself to be a winner. He starts off slow each year but gets better. He just faced a team that has been to 3 straight state championships winning 2 of them. Tuff to replace a guy in a case like that. With that said, his passing game has never been that impressive overall. Accuracy overall has been questionable. His strength has been his receivers honestly. The past couple years he has had a receiver or two that he could throw the ball up and trust to go get it. This year noone appears to be able to step into that position. Several missed opportunities either drops or bad throws. Maybe a returning Gilder can step into that role. I do like what I have seen from Brisbane and would definitely like to see him get his chance. Especially if our passing game is going nowhere. He definitely throw a better ball.

Lost broadcast did we stop them and put a drive together or how did we get the ball and score?

I would not be suprised to see them load the box and not only to stop the rUn but also to get to Foster and make him make rushed throws.

That game being that early unfortunately loses even more luster......being only a few days after the first football playoff games.

That is no joke...who knows it may be just as lopsided as some of those past games...but if any team doesn’t want to face Carthage and has hopes of winning it all, they might as well just cancel the rest of their season.

Seems kinda like the game where the lights went out.....lightning all game seemed just as far away then when all the momentum was in the Tigers favor and they were about to get the ball back boom the lightning is too close..........
