I still feel the Tigers will take over in the second half but it does seem BC wants it more. So a BC win at this point would not surprise me.

WoW as bad as some of WOS fans said they were last week I figured this score would be flip flopped. Haha. But the way the Tigers look so far tonight we might both suck. Hehe

14-14 halftime. My hat is off to the Cardinals, great first half. The Tigers seem to be real flat. Showing no emotions. Standing still on the sideline and at this point outplayed on the field. Be it homecoming or letdown they better come out in the second half and play Tiger ball or this BC team will beat them.

I think you miss AAW's point I don't think he was comparing the two instances but merely the fact that the names in one case were brought at age 17 and inthe other they aren't being brought out at the same age.

Actually the Tiger starting guards will have plenty of experience as both of them started several games last year. They should be Pheal Hill and Prentice Lane. Actually all 5 of the predicted starters started at least several games for the Tigers last year. Yes, they will greatly miss Shannon, Nick, Brady, and the other seniors but this group should be more than OK. However, you never know until they start playing.

I still believe the district belongs to Silsbee and H-J with Orangefield and WOS fighting for 3rd. On paper I would lean towards the Tiger's. If they can adjust to a new style of play, they could be very good. They should be able to dominate the boards. But with that said, I would have favored them last year as well and even though we beat H-J 2 out 3 times, we still had to share the district title. They are always ready when district rolls around. I can't wait for it all to start. Hopefully everyone will remain healthy and the district race should be fun for all.

Earlier I thought this was locked????

Nobody has sais the Tigers are great, just better than BC. If we were great we would not have lost a game to a Dibol team that should not have beaten us. However since then we have been much much better. Yes, we could play like that again and get beat, but I don't see that happening.
