When I posted this I was looking for a little more insight than just a prediction. I know it has been said that HJ only has the Big 3 and that our Tigers are loaded. But honestly on a high school team three real good players normally equals a real good team. The Tigers have looked good the last few games but the teams they played are not the same as HJ. However Silsbee and HJ from what I have read on here have both had some subpar games. I have seen the Tigers struggle through a rough stretch beginning in the Barbers Hill tournament. Shots they should have made just would not fall. I know both teams will bring their best Friday night. From what I have read I do believe we have an advantage in depth over the Hawks. With this being said it will be very hard to beat them in their gym. However I feel that this could be the year.

Less than a week till the game Hardin county has been waiting for 10 almost 11 months.. I would like to hear everyones honest opinion, especially those that are unbiased.

I did find their school website. Their overall record is 10-7. they lost to Huntsville and Wheatly and lost 2 games in a tournament in south Garland and went 1-3 in one at Waco Midway. By the way their girls are 24-0.

I was wandering if anyone knows what has gone on with Crockett this year. After last years regional semis I thought they would be ranked pretty high. If I remember right they had a lot of players coming back.

Lazeek you are right no excuses. We shot the ball way too poorly to win. Walters didn't run point he was the high point man. Buy the offi cials were terrible. They let fouls go that you could hear throughout the gym and called others that were ver questionable not only against our Tigers even though it seemed more were that way.

and by the way nobody is PUNKING out we have an advantage but if we go into games thinking we already have them won we are going to be beat just like a tiger team a few years ago that was undefeated and lost in the first round and no unlike you nobody else on here knows everything but with that comment i have no more need to belittle myself or our TIGERS by respoindin to you anymore

no they lost because they were being shot over by taller players and outrebounded by them we were just as good if not better but they had a very distinct height advantage overall and were good not just tall

immmabeaking i am a tiger fan and have been watching these players for the last two years. I was in austin last year and still believe if we had a little more height the outcome would have been different. I feel this team has unlimited potential and could very well go all the way. However, you and pissedoffgranny are giving more of a negative image towards us Tiger fans than we need. It is great that ya'll feel the same way most of us do but you could show a little more class. Yes HJ is having a down year and we should have a good advantage however you have to know that rivalies bring out the best in both teams and sutherland will have them ready so we better play our best. There is no need to thoroughly trash other teams just state your confidence in ours and help us cheer them all the way to Austin it will be a tough road through region 3.
