all it takes is hard work and determination to make it....i would give anything to still be in liberty's district and be a 3a school still in our region we have seven lakes(xc state champs) and friendswood( i think 3rd at state championships) so its realll tough up in this 4a region

1st time i ran it this year i ran 2 01, pretty much running in lane 3 the whole way, and the next week i got sick and had been runnin 2 05 every meet...the lumberton meet i still was recovering but was better for the most part and i ran 1 59....im guessing your from nederland???? i think a 1 57 will be the time to get to make it to state 4 people in our region are very close including 3 1 59 runners and 1 58 so far

DOGS83- I came in 2nd in the 800 at the lumberton meet....why? Panther- i got 2nd in the 800 i ran like crap i had been sick, and i won the 1600.

well I (jess) am not running the 3200. just 800 and 1600......ramsey is 3200 and 1600....will yall be here this saturday at the BH meet

happy might have a chance in the 3200 he did place 2nd at district xc meet....but ramsey is coming along setting pr's each week...is huffman coming to BH this week?????
