Just a few weaks ago a Newton fan was saying Kirbyville don't play defense at all. I can't wait until Nov. 7 2008 because its fixing to get ugly.

C'mon Hardin Jefferson show some heart and shoot the gaps to stop Newton's big play the scat and dive. If you do that, then you got yourself in a good ball game. Newton will run the ball down your throat if your defense not quick enough to stop the scat (their bread and butter).

They do? Yes they certainly do. Crockett spanked Newton last year 29-6 I do believe. Crockett always play Newton tough. Kirbyville met up with Crockett in the playoffs in 2005 and won 49-26. This should be a great game, Crockett has a bunch of talent.

Newton sucks this year!! This is just a non-district contest and should be interesting this year. WOS has a great team and so do Kirbyville. Everybody saying Kirbyville doesn't have a defense, hopefully they prove alot of people wrong. Oh by the way, the team with "N" logo on the helmet will be in for a surprise come November 7th.

I can promise this game will be closer than it ever been before. As for the outcoached, thats been the problem the past couple of years. There is no such thing as outmatched, you are being a little to arrogant son!!! I would love to see Kirbyville hang at 40+ on yall defense just because of your mouth. If WOS was that much better than Kirbyville you wouldn't have a early exit of the playoffs every year. The teams yall played so far are weak this year, Kirbyville has alot of speed and you will see next friday. Go Cats!!!!
