Blake Reyenga has already enrolled at Texas State along with my son and a couple other boys .. he is not gonna play Baseball .. he is a very good Athlete tho ... hes an awsome OF as well as Pitcher .. Good kid too

Is Dayton not sending anyone to this game? .. I was hoping to see that Curranco kid (Kicker). I have a friend who lives near Dayton and says hes a good one and only a Fresh. Still can't wait to see this game, ought to be a goodie.

I happen to know Kirby personally, hes friends with my Son and has been to my home many times. I can tell you, Kirby is a class act young man and is very polite and always has been. He also comes from a very nice family. I wish him all the best at UT and i know he will give it all hes got to succeed. Everything you read about this young man is very true and then some. Good Luck to him and i  will be following everything he does through his College career.

Oh chill out Squaw .. This Forum here is for Opinions .. i just voiced mine like everyone else does .. if you don't agree then its your opinion.

I stand to be corrected .. I jumped the gun earlier and posted that the game was @ Buddy Moorhead Stadium in Conroe,  but the game will be played  Saturday @ 2:00 in Conroe @ Woodforest Bank Stadium .. We had played at Moorhead last year and i just assumed that it would be the same place .. Sorry i did'nt confirm before i posted ..

Brandon Faircloth took a team from 3-6 and turned them into a 10-0 team in a single season. You can't top that. Larry Neumann took a PARTIAL team from day 1 and played the likes of Friendswood .. W.O.Stark .. Waller ..etc. and has a ton of injuries on btoh sides of the ball and even until the last game has kids hobbling on ancd off the field and still fine a way to go 4-3 in District play and into the playoffs. You would have to be around and see whats really happened with this team to overcome so much adversity and injuries, everyone writing this team off and they would hear nothing of it. These guys played in the mud, rain, beat up and  4 different QB's. My hat goes off to Coach Neumann and staff for a tremendous job having these boys ready and playing with so much heart. My vote is as follows: Larry Neumann  Coach of the Year Brandon Fairthcloth a close 2nd

Dogs are absolutely in no position to take anyone lightly and i can assure you Neumann and Company will see to it that it won't happen. Also this gorup of kids know all to well how this season has unfolded and they are not about be over confident playing anyone. Dogs will be focused and continue to play well on both sides of the ball and take care of business. It may be a little tuff going but i see Dogs winning this one by atleast 7. The way i see it .. Nederland don't have one of the worst teams they've had in years ..We have had alot of bad luck this year with injuries. Tonight Vidor came to town and gave us a hard fought game and played their hearts out and so did Nederland, we just came out ontop tonight. I know that Vidor always wants to give us a great game and play at their highest level. I don't think they need to be trashed on here just because they played a hard fought game and lost. I think Coach Mathews is doing a fine job over there and i wish them success next week and make it to the playoffs. Good Luck Pirates and keep your heads up.

IMO, you put Atterberry under center and run, run, run .. don't know if we'll be able to do that against the #1 defense in District, but all we can do is try. Run the wildcat .. anything to keep the ball out of their hands .. work the clock and mix up plays .. that may be the only chance we have. Keep ourselves in the game and force them into some mistakes we can capitalize on .. you never know what may happen .. Defense has to play well obviously, maybe turn this into a defensive battle and somehow pull it out .. I really think that what we have to play with and the heart of our leaders, that we will prevail .. i know the odds are definately stacked against us and they give us no chance of winning this game ..... PNG should blow us out of their new stadium .. but sometimes when things look so easy .. it just don't turn out that way .. keep that in mind ... this is a HUGE rivalry game .. our BOYS will come to play
