made my way out to the nederland game since i live by greenie... nederland won 2-0 with the most spectacular goal i have ever seen in any soccer game in the first 2 seconds.

does hj ever have all there starters?

t.c. has a few goals for lcm.. flores for port neches. and i have read that o'neill & wagner are producing a bunch of goals for nederland.

from what i can understand(keep in my mind i dont even know who the principal is) is that the "Top Dog" from nederland doesnt deserve to be called the top dog, more like a new born three legged puppy, or even a dog at all? absurd..

just wondering but i was watching the vidor/ned game, and even though vidrine is an excellent keeper, how do you call him one of the best on their team from what you have seen considering he only touched the ball 1 or 2 times? i would name someone from the defense maybe??

went to go see this vidor game cause i wanted to see the up/down things people were saying about nederland... all i can say is, UP... and was it calloway or wagner that left at halftime (never found out which is which) and for what reason?injury?sickness? something else?

i'll add a comment to this topic which hasn't really been brought up, and that is......... Parents still want soccer scores to be 10-0 , 7-8, 11-12, 65-10000 like it was in rec. the fact is, soccer isn't MEANT to be that way. when teams get better, believe it or not, defenses get better. you look at pro games and hardly ever will you see a score get above 3! when you have two quality teams face each other the score IS going to be low. that is the sport of soccer for you, if you want outrageously high scores then sorry to say, soccer isnt the sport for you. Basketball would probably suit you better. hey, but what do i know... ???

i wouldnt say by far. lcm tied them, vidor almost beat them, nederland i heard out played them just couldnt finish, and i think they were beaten by PA mermorial i believe. Yes they one district, they are good, but not by far the top of the class.

I think newcomer is a pretty hard choice, number 21 and 13 worked great together, i think that will be a tough choice. Lumberton's goalie was pretty good also, as well as nederland's goalie, and lcm's

Mvp- Brent Waldrup Keeper of the year- Ethan Mckay Defensive Mvp- Scott Poole Newcomer of the Year- Is going to be a difficult choice between numbers 13 and 21 for nederland. Offensive Mvp- Craig Leger or Frenando Uribe Utility Mvp- Tim Reynolds. It's basically the same as all the others.
